Went here with my husband for lunch. When we walked in, no one said hi or anything. My husband then asked the lady working the front how she was doing (her name was Marta) & she just stood there staring at him with the nastiest look and didn’t say a single word. He then asked if they had any meatballs for the meatball sub. She looked at the meatball tub & just pointed her finger. Still not saying a single word. My husband and I decided to leave with not feeling welcome there at all. As we left, I told her that she should try being more friendly and that it’s not very welcoming to a customer and we left. She laughed as we were walking out. I understand that working in the food industry is hard, and it is a holiday. As someone who has worked the food industry before, I get that. But there is no excuse for the way this lady acted. I’m honestly disappointed, as this was the first time I was trying subway in years. I stopped eating subway due to this reason & yet the first time I come back this is how we are treated. It’s sad. Do better subway, train your employees or find someone willing to do their job and have the decency to say hi. Read moreTo management/ownership: My visit was on 5/8/2024 at about 12:45 pm. I attempted to make a catering order for about 250 people that I’ve made twice at this location and the individual at the counter had a very very horrible attitude about it as she seemed to be extremely agitated just like she was the previous time I made this order as she complained to her manager about a truck that was coming in and having to do the work of prepping the order. I had plans to continue making these large orders here due to the service the managers provided the first 2 times. However, I cannot trust someone with such a horrible attitude and work ethic to prepare any meal that I can’t see her prepare. Not doing it. You all should address her attitude as there are tons of sandwich shops and other subways around. I spent $900 the last 2 times I made this order this year. But that type of service is hurting your business more than you know. She would not give me her name when asked. Horrible attitude and doesn’t care anything about your store being successful. Read moreI believe Amber (tornado girl tattoo on arm) is the newest & absolutely the best employee at this location. Whoever owns this place probably wants to thank Her for my continued service. (There are several Subways I refuse to visit because of the staff) The girl multi-tasks like a Boss, thinks ahead and can make more than one customers sandwich at a time. The only thing negative I can say is she had to remake my sandwich one time because she accidentally put oregano on it. I could tell by the look on her face and by the looks of my sandwich, about 1” of my 6” steak & cheese was just bread. lol I never complained because my past visits with this girl serving my husband and I were fantastic. Sandwich was crafted nicely and her service is fast and friendly.
