This was the worst I've ever had Maybe whoever is frying stuff isn't taking the recipes serious..

Chicken was fried for too long or the frying oil was too old..flour was too salty My meal box for a 3 piece mixed with fries was the size of my fist and had 4 cold hard super salty fries..this clearly was not "The All Spark" I expected. I waited over 30 min for this. Never in my life have I ever.

It was unreal. I've been to Williams Chicken all over the place and the service and quality of food was as horrible as the exterior appeals of a couple of Williams Chicken in the ghetto of Dallas combined. ..

Whatever is going on in this facility needs the help. Whoever's fault it is this didn't taste like Williams .. Please go see your therapist and reconsider everything about the way you're cooking your chicken ..don't church it up, don't reinvent the wheel with this.. I wish you well and God speed within your recovery and discovery of how to throw down damn good Chicken the Williams way.

Oh.. And, inform that one employee whomever it may be degreaser is not windex.

Allow me to commence by stating that the external appearance of the establishment falls short of expectations. Both the parking lot and the building itself are in need of a substantial overhaul. With the introduction of new owners/managers, my assumption was that the culinary offerings would be of high quality. Upon arriving during dinner hours, I inquired whether the chicken was prepared freshly. Their affirmation assured me that it was indeed fresh and had just been cooked. I proceeded to place my order, only to receive lukewarm chicken. Regrettably, the thighs exhibited an excessively dry and fibrous texture, bordering on the absurd. The wings, too, were unnaturally tough, leaving me in a state of considerable frustration. My displeasure was such that I refrained from lodging a direct complaint on-site. Despite making several phone calls, my attempts went unanswered. Regrettably, I am compelled to declare that I will never patronize this establishment again. I have assigned a solitary star, as the system necessitates a rating for reviews. This is hands down the WORST chicken I have ever had. We had ordered the chicken tenders, a three piece and some "hot wings". The tenders tasted as if they only had salt on them and no other type of seasoning, my brother was able to get through 2 of the five that he ordered before throwing the rest away. The fried chicken was way overcooked and tasted bland, my gf took two bites and had to throw away the rest. The only thing that was somewhat tolerable was the hot wings, flavor wise they were bland and the "buffalo" or "hot" sauce that they used was not good, would be better off ordering them dry and throwing on some franks red hot Louisiana hot sauce or literally anything else. The only thing that made them okay was that they were actually cooked correctly. Even the drinks were bad!! They were flat. I'm not sure if it's poor management or just whoever was working there that day but it was just terrible. I wasn't expecting the best chicken I'd ever eat from here but certainly not whatever I received. Overall just don't go here, go to KFC or popeyes or golden chick or even the hot food section at Walmart, anywhere...
