Wing Boss — Restaurant in McKinney

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered this restaurant from Uber eats July 22nd and they gave my order to the wrong delivery driver. When my driver arrived they said that someone had already picked up my order and told her to tell me to call Uber to resend the order. The restaurant was soon to close so for 1 that wasn’t possible. 2 the mistake was not on me or Uber it was on the restaurant so I would’ve Thought the restaurant would’ve rectified the situation. Instead the girl who was working there tried to just argue with me and tell me to call Uber. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have just made my order again when they shouldn’t have let the incorrect driver grab my order. Wing Boss is actually Dickeys bbq and I didn't know that. Now I know why people say this the worst bbq in Texas. My food was cold cheddar on my jalapeño fries was not melted. Ordered garlic parmesean wongs that were salty and no flavor had the Cajun wings they were to salty to with no Cajun flavor. Worst wongs I ever had I only ordered 10 i wish I could get my money back like how do you scree up wings. Some the wongs were not wing pieces but nuggets with a bone. Using the name wing boss is missing leading just use the name Dickeys because if I knee that's where I was ordering from i would have NEVER placed this order food was terrible wasted my money smh! Ordered through uber eats. Was excited to try something new. Ordered 20 wings, 4 different sauces/rub (mango habanero, bbq, lemon pepper rub, and mild buffalo), crazy cajun creole fries, and each 10 piece wing order was supposed to come with veggie sticks and 2 slices of toast total (one for each order). We received all the wings drowned in sauce and the lemon pepper rub was more like lemon salt. Zero veggie sticks, one slice of toast, a side of seasoned fries, and a couple packs of ketchup. There was no option to add ranch but it was in most of the pictures so we assumed it would come with, but no ranch at all. Very disappointed, and it was all cold. Didn’t even give my dog a fry.
