The Big 5 is the Big Awesome 👏!! After purchasing a nice Coleman cot months ago for camping I discovered it had a tear from probably unboxing. Looked like a slice cut.

Maybe 🤔 I could patch it, I wasn’t sure what to do?

But before I did that my mum said go ask them at the store. So I did.

When I brought in the receipt 🧾 and showed them a photo of the split in the canvas they said bring it back and we’ll exchange it and the new one is s few dollars 💵 more. I said ok.

When I came back with the item the manager said no problem we can honor the price and did a straight exchange.

This is the best cot so I’m very glad that it was an easy exchange.

I rushed to go in before they closed at 8:30 on a Thursday and they had closed at 8pm. I called the store because it says on the door they close at 8pm today and online it’s different I asked why it was closed if online it says different and the dude that answered just said o well we close at 8pm and i let him know that needs to be changed he didn’t care at all and just said ok o well and wanted to hang up... that’s false advertising so that needs to be changed.
