Muchas Gracias Mexican Food — Restaurant in McMinnville

I ordered 3 items and had it picked up for me one of the items were noticed missing after my son ate his on the ride home it was my order which was modified a bit normally this is not a problem. So my kid turned around and went back and told them my burrito was missing. They then proceeded to tell him that they know they gave it to him the first time and he was lying but they made a burrito and gave it to him when i got the burrito 45 mins later which at this point was about 2 hours after the innitial order given how far we live from the restaurant i opened it up amd took a bite and realized it was not made correctly. At this point i did not know about all that had happened previously and i called to let um know my burrito was missing all the extra meats and such that they charged me for. At this point they called me a lier and a thief when i asked for the management or owners information they refused and again kept insulting me saying that they already gave me free food what more could i want which i did not intend on getting any free food just a bit frustrated it took over 2 hours to get my food and not have it right then again i asked to speak to a manger or the owner and they again refused to give me the information and repeated that im a lier and a thief. I will not be going back which is a disappointment because most the time the food is pretty good and filling for the price . But i will not support a buisness with such nasty disrespectful workers clearly their code of conduct is lacking at...

Called to see if they had corn tamales. Told yes, they did. Went today and they do Not have them. Ordered a taco salad instead without meat. About $10. It was the smallest taco salad I have ever seen, about a four inch wide shell and about two inches deep. Mushy beans, sour cream and guacamole all mashed together like baby food. No tomatoes. No lettuce. Unbelievable. The shell was so small I had to order a bag of chips for $2.50 to go with the mush. As if the food wasn't a disappointment enough, two booths away from me was a person shouting profanities and screaming with her head entirely covered while holding a very full garbage bag. Scary. She got louder when asked to leave. They should have called the police immediately but they allowed her to stay a long time. I was scared and took my food to the car. As soon as I shut the door another woman immediately had her face at my driver's side window yelling at me to open it. The neighborhood is frightening in broad daylight. Haven't been there for years. I went through the drive - through there were a few cars ahead of me. But the line moved quickly. Before I knew it it was my turn to order. I ordered a bean burrito with sour cream, yum. The lady who took my order sounded upbeat and happy to be there. I pulled up to the window and was treated with a nice hello, how are you today and I said hi in return and that I was good. She asked me if I wanted any hot sauce with my meal and I replied no thank you. It took a few minutes and then my burrito was being handed out of the window to me. The lady at the window told me to have a nice rest of my day and I told her to do so too. I pulled over in their parking lot to make sure they remembered to put sour cream on my burrito and yes, they did! I took a bite of my burrito and yum it tasted so good!
