UPDATE: 1. the ID used for age verification was a recently issued Oregon REALID. 2. The employees at the dispensary are the ones who did ALL OF the cussing, not us. 3. When we called back over the phone we simply asked to speak to the owner and the employee refused, to which we replied “ok we will no longer be doing business there” and hung up.

These people have no interest in giving you good customer service, and sell shake, including mixed shake despite state law prohibiting it.

On top of all that you can actually smell the pungent aroma of methamphetamine when you walk/drive past. (It smells like cat urine if you didn’t know) We were repeat customers for one year and then all of a sudden when we go in they deny our ID without any sort of reason, claim they are faked, and cuss us out. They scanned our ID and it came back valid, she said she still would not accept it. Called to try to speak to the owner, and just ended up getting the same toothless bud tender that denied our perfectly valid ID because she didn’t like it. She then continued to talk over us and cuss us out over the phone, and continued to insist that our ID was fake. Went down the street to top shelf instead, and top shelf had no problem accepting it. Clearly this budtender had an issue with us in particular. The employees here do not like to do customer service and expect the customer to service them. The shopping experience was delightful, but the purchase was not so much. I went in to get a cart and came out with a pax pod and a pax era. The pax era was free as part of a deal. I was excited because I’ve wanted to try out a pax for a while but they’re not in my price range. When I took the pax out of the box, the device was dead. I charged it for a while and then started to use it. It worked okay at first, but after about 2 hours it stopped working entirely. Now I have a pax pod that I spent the last of my money on and no device. This dispensary needs better quality control. The pax device is clearly several years outdated, as the paperwork it comes with advertises apps that don’t exist anymore. I get that it was free, but to convince me to buy something that I will end up not being able to use is terrible business...

Went in for some flower tonight and they were semi busy. After waiting a couple minutes for a couple customers in line ahead of me another customer came in right before it was my turn in line. This other customer sort of spoke over my shoulder to the bud tender asking questions about buds and instead of telling her she could help her when it was her turn in line she answered her questions and proceeded to weigh out a bag for her while I'm standing there waiting for my turn which should have been next in line. I tried to let it go since the other but tender was finishing up with his customer and I figured Id be helped shortly. NOPE! He proceeds to check the ID and cash out the customer.
