They poorly made my sandwich order. I went through the drive-thru to place my order for to-go. I got a 6-inch wheat. My order was repeated back to me, confirming my requests, so there should be no reason I'm missing 3 ingredients. I ordered extra tomatoes. I did not get extra tomatoes (they probably charged me for extra tomatoes) I ordered lettuce but i did not get lettuce on my sandwich. I ordered mustard (and extra mustard) but did not get any. I ordered mayo with extra mayo and i also got a regular amount of mayo. I clearly communicated my special requests and as I said at the beginning of my review here, they repeated back to me my requests and additional ingredients, so I'm not sure why my sandwich came to me poorly made. I could simplify their issues to a couple of assumptions; maybe they were overwhelmed with work. Maybe whoever coordinated my sandwich is forgetful. Maybe they wanted to take a shortcut at my literal expense. Maybe they chose not to double-check their work for customer satisfaction. Maybe they didn't have enough care to complete their job. Maybe they can't comprehend a sandwich order.....who knows? All I know is that I'm left with basically half the ingredients I requested, with the full charge of the sandwich. Read moreI went on Saturday there were two girls and a boy working, one was a girl with black hair and extensions curled all the way down her back who was reaching over the person making my sandwich dipping her hair onto my sandwich multiple times 🤮 her hair should be up for sanitation reasons. The guy making my sandwich went to the fridge with his sanitation gloves on twice to get more veggies and came back with the same gloves on then continued to make my sandwiches. They were all over the place reaching over one another bumping into each other. Each person should have a station a cashier a veggie placer and an order taker each person should not try to tackle each station with each customer that is way too chaotic. The guy kept asking me what came on my sandwich and had no idea what he was doing and the two girls did not like him and were very rude and not helpful to teach him anything. They switched positions with each customer falling all over each other making the sandwiches in a chaotic unsanitary way. One of the girls slammed napkins down while I was trying to pay and hit my purse and knocked into my hands reaching over the boy who was trying to ring up my total. Read moreI always give Subway 5 stars for my salads but yesterday and today I got totally inedible lettuce. After my bad salad yesterday thought it couldn’t happen two days in a row. Was I ever wrong. I looked at both the lettuce bins today and I could see lots of brown and wilted lettuce. I asked if there was fresher lettuce and she finally went in back and got a new one. I commented it didn’t look much better but decided to go ahead with order. She dumped the new lettuce right into the old lettuce bin and proceeded to mix it around as she was making my salad. Yup I got a ton of funky brown lettuce and she even picked some out of my salad bowl. My fault that I didn’t stop the order right there but I was hungry.
