Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Medford

my husband and I go to your ice cream store 5 times out 7 days a week ad the girls that work there are rude and snotty and they have always been I usely just ignore it, but we went there tonight 04/09/202 to get some ice cream and it was 8:53 pm and there was a sign on the door that had been hand written stating that they were closing at 9 pm, there was two young girls in there sweeping the floor and we went to open the door and it was locked and the two girls looked up at was smiled at each other then put their heads down and continued to sweep and mop they didn't have the decency to say "sorry were closed", so I said its not even 9 yet and they started to laugh among themselves. I love Baskin Robin's and those girls are not what the company needs behind countered. I will be calling in the morning as well to speak to someone higher than just their store...

To cut a long story short, this was supposed to be the light at the end of the tunnel for my husbands horrid week at work. They started caring one of his favorite flavors (watermelon chip, very refreshing during the summer). We walk in when we finally get up to the counter, my husband asks the associate if the already almost empty carton of watermelon chip was all they had. The associate told my husband "No we have more, unless you want to torture me and make me pack you some." My husband said that's really the only thing we were coming for. Her attitude when she replied "well is that what you want?" was the last straw. After a hard day in the heat, already paying way more for over-glorified shaved ice and finally getting attitude we just didn't want to spend out money there. We went in tonight as my daughter had never been but was always a child favorite of mine. The icecream is fine with all the flavors and such. It's an icecream shop. However, I will be going back and supporting this shop. The workers were very kind. One gentleman took the time to talk with an older lady in a power scooter. It sounds as she comes a lot and I know why they talked with her and cared for her. He talked about her order and helped her with her basic needs. He got down to her level to actually talk to her. Then was concerned how she would leave without a cup holder. I am going to say it was a really nice to see someone care about someone else in such a manner as life/work gets so busy sometimes we forget human needs of compassion.
