Worst BK experience I've ever had. When I pulled in I wasn't even sure that they were open, as all of the BK signs were powered down and all of the parking lot lighting was off. I saw someone in the drivthru waiting and the menu was on, so I googled the open times and they were indeed open. Proceeded to wait in line. And wait. And wait. After 5 minutes, they finally took the order of the car in front of me(after being screamed at by the children in the back of their car for a solid 3 minutes. The driver was smoking with the children in the car.) The person taking their order audibly complained when they ordered a family meal.
OK, my turn finally comes up. They ask me to wait. During the 5 minute wait, I notice the nearly empty parking lot and wonder what could be causing the wait. I make my order, and the person taking the order doesn't seem to understand what I'm ordering, despite it being one of the main featured items on the menu the "Fiery Bacon Pepperjack Royal Crispy".
I pull forward and wait another 5 minutes at the window. They tell me they are out of large cups so they will have to give me a medium drink, after already taking my payment for a large of course. Great. They hand me my order, and me being skeptical of their service at this point immediately check my bag. They had given me some kind of wrap even though they charged me for the more expensive Royal Crispy.
I try to wave them down to say they handed me the wrong order. During this I notice the customers that were behind me in line to make orders had still had not pulled up behind me. 3 minutes later they notice and ask me what I ordered. I repeat my order and they ask me to wait in the parking lot for a replacement. During my wait in the parking lot I had the great view of an aimlessly wandering and intermittently screaming homeless person.
I get the replacement and go home. Overall it was a 20 minute wait. I open my sandwich and it's still not what I ordered. Just a normal Fiery Royal Crispy. I check my fries and it was half empty. My friend who got a Texas Double Whopper said it had almost no JalapeƱos and almost none of the spicy sauce they use, at first thinking it was wrong too. It was correct, just terribly made.
At this point I notice they failed to include the receipt, making any recourse impossible on my end. Will not be going back to this location, and will make sure to warn my friends...

The biggest issue was, my gift card had $25 on it and the front couldnāt figure out why it was not processing correct. After 20min Iām told to pay the cash portion because itās declining due to the total being more than my card has. I do pay the overage, still declining my gift card. Mind you, Iāve called the card customer service and confirmed the money is on there. At this point Iām so anxious Iām getting dizzy. Not once did anyone call for the manager, until I said I was done and didnāt want my order, wanted my card refunded. Then the manager comes over, weāre at 30min now. Manager has been right behind the fry line doing burgers and could hear and see me the whole time. He comes over to tell the cashier that the card canāt be ran on that register but works on drive thru register. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My food has been made and sitting for 30min while not one person thought to figure out why this wasnāt working. I thought the second girl was the manager, nope! So i get my refund and get out of there.
To top it off, thereās a massive puddle in the parking lot like 4ā deep. The lot is vacant, hardly anyone came during that 30min through drive thru and inside. The rating for this location matched my experience. Wish Iād read those first. I left and went to the other Burger King off OR-62. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would be giving this a 1 star, but the kid who worked the drive-thru was the only good piece. I ordered this before I left for my 1 hour lunch. Drive time is around 10 mins. Got there, told them I had a mobile order. Drove up to the second window and asked if I could pull around front. I waited for around 35 minutes before the drive thru kid came out and said he completely forgot about my food and finally remembered to bring it out to me. If he didn't seem so genuinely sorry about it I'd have left a 1 star.
However, this was my most recent experience. Every other time I've come here has been an absolute -5 star experience. From forgetting food to drenching burgers in ketchup and mustard to just plain getting the entire order wrong. Which brings me to another point. I ordered an Impossible Whopper without cheese or mayo (dietary restrictions) and when I finally got my food it was doused in mayo with a huge fully melted to the burger piece of cheese.
I keep making the mistake of coming back here in hopes it gets better, but for 3 years it's never disappointed me at making regret coming to this specific Burger King.
Hopefully someone reads this and decides to go to a different Burger King location because Burger King in general has decent food for fast food. However I could not ever recommend going to this Burger...
