Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Medford

This place is awful..I went on the 15th, and they absolutely didn't care. You can tell they pay no attention to time markers because the food was not only obviously old, but cold as well. Not just this, but they put the lettuce that goes on the taco IN MY BURGER! I couldn't even finish the thing, and we had been traveling for like 8 hours at that point. This place doesn't care so much they mash food products together, and serves them out cold . Also, water is a courtesy in America at restaurants, so it's generally free. When we asked for a free water cup, the guy seriously said they have to pay for it (meaning the company) and that they don't normally do that. I have never heard an employee at a fast food restaurant express this concern when rejecting water. Actually, I have never had such an encounter before in general. It's pretty absurd this place cares more about WATER than they do the quality of their food. If it's super later, nothing else is around, play it safe and get the tacos. If there's other places open, keep driving, until this place ups their cleanliness, customer service and quality of food. There wasn't even an attempt to have the buns warm just everything was cold, and slopped together. We seriously got sick for 2 days because of this food, save your money and keep driving unless you want explosive diarrhea

Edit to add: I forgot to mention the other veggies. I got like the center of an onion on my burger. That little round piece that people usually throw out . Just one , thick, piece of onion. Thick slices of tomato, and instead of regular leaf lettuce they have shredded. We asked first too what was on the burger, and the male employee responded by saying the same thing that's on the jumbo jack. No care for the food, zero work ethic from employees, and zero common courtesy. This place doesn't bother to even follow jack in the box...

I went to the drive thru and ordered a FOUR piece chicken strip meal with REGULAR FRIES. When I got home with my food I was given COLD CURLY FRIES and only THREE Chicken strips. So I called them, and politely told them about the mistake with my order. I got told that I was lying, and that they know that they dropped 4 chicken strips and that my fries were fresh. I was then told I could drive back there if I wanted my single chicken strip, and that I had to be back there before that person left their shift or I would not be given anything. I don't know why they think I would be so petty as to lie about a chicken strip and some fries, but when I worked at Jack in the Box if me and my crew made a mistake we would either refund the money, or take their name down so they could come get their order replaced correctly at their convenience. I am highly disappointed in this service, the food was not fresh, I was treated with disrespect and called a liar, and was offered poor compensation. I hope this is not the normal policy for this establishment, because treating paying customers who are very polite about the mistakes made in such a way is absolutely no way to run a business. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment, and I hope that this review will motivate the crew to do better in the future, and treat customers with respect. 1/5 stars, who would have thought a simple trip to get some food could leave me feeling so disrespected,...

I am a regular customer that has been coming to this specific location for over 15 years minus when it was shut down for a while. I have seen so many restaurant managers shift managers regular employees come and go that I don't even bother trying to get their names.

Today I went through the drive-thru with my son tried ordering a grilled sourdough Swiss breakfast sandwich that I have literally been ordering for years to be told that they're no longer a promotion which I never knew they were promotion product sent buying them for years the female who was on the speaker absolutely is clueless and offers absolutely nothing for customer service.

I then asked to purchase a five-piece chicken nugget to be told we never sold by piece chicken nuggets they're four piece 4/8 piece I stated your incorrect you sell five piece and 10 piece chicken nuggets to be pretty much told I was lying so I took a picture of the menu board showed it to the individual and was still treated like I was lying.

Mark my words I will never be back to this Jack in the Box ever again I will make sure that I push my reviews on this restaurant so that no other customer has to go through what I went through I urge anyone who is reading this review to please do not go to this location they take forever to help you they take forever to make your food and then when they make your food 55% of the time it's made...
