I went to Dutch Bros today for the first time (11/8/21 around 12:40p) and never will recommend it, at least this particular stand. I just moved to Oregon and was explaining that it was my first to the barista. The barista was a younger male. He could not have seemed to care any less about providing good customer service. He was not wearing his mask properly, and did not know his menu at all. He said "there's not much to do around here, and all I do is work." I find it strange for someone who works all the time to not know their menu. I explained what I typically would go for and he didn't really have any suggestions. He had to ask his coworker what was in the drinks that he suggested. I opted for a watermelon/peach strawberry rebel. I asked for no ice and to add cream. They ended up blending the drink and not putting any form of cream in it. The clothing he was wearing was baggy as well, not business casual or professional in the slightest. He proceeded to ask me if I was in high school, (which I clearly was not, and had just explained we bought a house which is why we moved down to Oregon) which I thought was inappropriate. My husband was baffled, sitting next to me in the car. I am highly disappointed both in the customer service and quality...
Read moreI go to the Columbus stand frequently and all is usually ok. But this one chick-- long dark hair who takes the orders and the cash- is just terribly dense and socially awkward. I ordered 2 drinks- hand her a full punch card to get one for free and my debit card to pay for the other one. She charged me full price and then handed the full card back to me with another punch card with the 2 stamps for the drinks I had just ordered. I asked her why she handed the full punch card back to me and she said "oh did u want to use it?" I said "uh.... why do u think I gave it to you?" She said "oh well u didn't say that".... should I really have to say it?? Not only that she was eating while taking our order and talking with her mouth full... gross. And she got our very simple order wrong. She also asks awkward questions like "how was your day yesterday?" Just Weird. Threw...
Read moreWe go to this kiosk at least once a week. The people who work there are always are friendly, whip up drinks fast, and always engage you. All Dutch Brother kiosks have a set price, so the prices never fluctuate, and I find the prices reasonable for how much you get and the service.
My favorites are the Dutch Freeze and Mango Smoothie. I'd go to Dutch Brothers over Human Bean any day. The service is better, Dutch Brothers is a little bit more expensive but you get more bang for your buck.
Be sure to ask for a punch card if you are a frequent customer. Once you fill your card with "punches" from each drink you buy, you get a free one at any size, any drink! Also, be aware, if you want to pepper your car with Dutch Brother bumper stickers, ask them for their bumper stickers. They are free and often get new...
