I really hate giving reviews.. especially these kinds of reviews... unless the service was exceptional or horrendous I typically don't leave a survey because when you go somewhere for a service or a product you expect a very basic level of service or satisfaction with the product.. Those who overperform deserve praise and those who underperform should be given training and guidance otherwise nothing will change. I don't like being angry or having to complain and I don't like taking it to the internet but I always start at the source and when that does no good I feel it necessary to warn others what they are getting into..the service here is very poor and honestly so is the food. I have tried multiple times to go here and it's the same everytime.. today I went and while I was ordering she took a phone call and proceeded to place that person's order before mine.. I got a basic chicken and cheese quesadilla, a single carne asada taco, and a red sauce carne asada enchilada.. the quesadilla had very little flavor and what flavor it did have for sure didn't taste like a quesadilla.. the taco was so greasy I had to soak the grease in a paper towel before I could even eat it yet the carne asade was dry and chewy.. and the enchilada was confusing, it was soaking wet on the bottom from all the grease but had practically no enchilada sauce on top, so the top was dry and crisp while the bottom was soaked in grease. When we called to explain the problems with the food we were basically told too bad you took the food..... not options or even sympathy for the horrible state of their food. And this is not the first time I have gotten attitude when going here.. Sadly I will never go back and will always dissuade those who tell me they plan to go here.. it's not...

Welcome to your new taco home. The menu extends beyond that --- but these are unprecedented.
Carne Asada made me say "Grace," Adobada--- incredible flavor! My new favorite. Take risks, it's good for you. Carnitas --- similar to pinot noir, delicious if executed with love. No one does it better.

Why trek to Phoenix, Oregon? To chat with the friendly owners, admire and take photos in front of the lime green truck that no one--- but me--- could miss! Read moreOn our way back up to Tacoma Washington after camping in Ashland Oregon. We wanted something to eat for the long trek back, but we didn't want fast food. So luckily my girlfriend found this spot a few minutes before we were going to pass the exit. I am so happy she did, because this is now going to be an annual stop for us on our drive back from San Diego. I had a deluxe chicken burrito, and it was one of the best burritos I ever had! And I have been to a lot of taco trucks in my. I wish I could show pictures of how good the food looked, but after the first bite I just couldn't stop eating. My girlfriend got the enchilada plate, and agreed that this taco truck at some of the best food we have had. The prices are very fair in the portions are very. The customer service was on point, and for the quality of the food. It was really nice to receive it fairly quickly. I can't wait for the summer of 2021 to...
