Yumberry Bowl Medford — Restaurant in Medford

I had to go here as my niece begged to do so. Cashier was fast at making the smoothie, friendly, space and bathroom was clean. I just dont like the fact that you cant see them wash their hands or even see them make your bowls. A medium or regular size is enough for 2 ppl. Other than the fruit being kind of ‘frozen’ everything was great. I understand this isnt the one in grants pass (as i tried to give them a try but the cashier literally went from touching money to turning around with the same gloves, cut fruit and giving it to the customer. It literally made me ask for a refund and never went back). I think we should all be okay as long as we tip the employees

You have no record of me because your worker stayed in the back while i came in the store to order. Literally almost 5 minutes, no kind of acknowledgement. Or a yell ‘ill be right with you!’ You have some jingle bells that should let your employees knw you have a customer. (Maybe invest in some automated bells, specifically to notify personnel in the back. you can buy them off amazon, no more than a 10$ investment.)They never came. Pop music was so loud that i could have taken your cash register and noone would have known. You people have pior customer service and i now see why. I love Yumberry Bowl so much!! The bowls, smoothies and popsicles are always so delicious and taste fresh! I love this sweet & healthy option for snacks and food on the go. The only reason why I'm giving Yumberry Bowl Medford 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the customer service. I arrived at this location with my two children with a little more than 20 minutes left before closing time. All of the chairs were already stacked on the tables and the girl at the counter told me that dine in seating was available earlier, but not anymore since they were closing in 20 minutes. We had to eat outside on the dirty cement sidewalk with the cold wind blowing on us. We finished by 6:00pm (closing time) and there were still two people ordering inside when we left. The doors were even unlocked for me to throw the garbage away in the trash can. If you close at 6:00pm, then seating should be available until 6:00pm. I would give a lower rating if the food wasn't so good. This location needs to improve...

Food is good, service is not. Everytime I call in a order after 5 they inform me they close at 6.. which I'm aware of & that's why I'm calling in my order. Heaven forbid you walk in at 5:50, as soon as you walk in the door your getting screamed at, "we close in 10 minutes". ..ok but your still open right now, right? You get a huge sigh & an eye roll from the employee as she takes your order. Today I called in my order at 5:20.
