Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Medford

I sure hope the girl taking orders was brand new (first couple days new) because she didn't ring up food as meals when meals were ordered (which means we probably were overcharged), didn't ring up items that were ordered, and was more busy talking to her friend who was in line than paying attention to the person ordering. She also didn't read back anyones order, and I had to ask for my receipt or she wasn't going to give it to me. There was a manager and the director of operations on location, and no one was paying any attention to this girl. The macaroni was full of burned cheese like it was scraped off of the sides and bottom of the hot tray and was super thick as though it was old. The fries tasted stale, but supposedly, that's how the new fries taste, so maybe they weren't? The ONLY redeeming item was the chicken sandwiches are still crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tasted amazing! I am not sure if the sandwich is enough to bring us back, though, if the rest of the order...

I was not exactly impressed with their service. I did a mobile order and it took more than 10 after checking in when there were only 2 cars in front of me waiting for food at 3:30pm. I would assume that they were busy inside? Not exactly sure, but definitely noticed it. My main issue was I ordered Honey Roasted BBQ sauce with my grilled nuggets (I only prefer this sauce from Chick fila) and was given plain BBQ sauce. These two sauces even have completely different packaging and color. It would have been an easy fix if I would have checked my bag before arriving home in GP. It being Chick Fila I rarely if ever need to check bc they always get it right, so I'm not sure if there was incompetence on the sauces they have or...

Ate at your newly opened restaurant today. It was a great experience! The staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave better service than most restaurants, coming to see if we needed anything like refills and such.

From visits to the other store in the city, the food, service, and friendly atmosphere make us loyal customers. We would visit more but rarely make it into the city.

One gentleman from another store helping to train and a senior gentleman who got us refills and some napkins were both incredibly nice beyond the staff at the counter.
