Took my kids there to get happy meals with Pokémon card toys specifically. The girl in charge when I was ordering did not inform me that they were out of apples for happy meals. When I asked if they still had the Pokémon toy cards for the happy meals she told me yes we have them and I said awesome that is the whole reason I brought my kids here is because they wanted them really bad. She then rolled her eyes and was very pushy about me finishing my order so much so I didn't even order food for myself because of it. So after about 15-20 minutes of watching other customers complaining to the managers about missing or lost curbside orders and others having a long wait time for their food. My kids food was finally done and was just thrown on the pass through counter area with no words said other than my order number. I took the food to my kids that were playing in the pay area that was dirty to say the least with food on every table with no one there but my kids so I cleaned all of the food up and wiped down all the tables so my kids could eat by myself because I couldn't get any employees attention to come do it. That is when we discovered the kids meals were wrong and to top it off allow them didn't have any apples in thier order like we had placed and there were not any Pokémon cards or toys in them either. So I went to the counter to ask about the issues and was told by a girl working "oh well I don't know what you want me to do about it" and I said well you could atleast told me that there wasn't any of the items when I asked while I was paying for my order. She replied "Yeah well I don't have time to look for toys for your kids or wait for you to complain about it because I'm too busy trying to get the drive through orders done and I looked over to see Pokémon card toys being put in other happy meals going out the drive through window and asked if my kids were going to get some of the toys we paid for as well and was told "no you can have this and she put 1 little giraffe toy that was for the 3 year olds and under on the counter and walked off knowing I had 2 kids visiblyalot older than 3. Instead of causing more issues that I was sure wouldn't get resolved. I then told my very disappointed kids that we needed to leave as soon as possible because this was the worst service I've ever dealt with and I didn't want to make things worse by speaking my mind about how I really felt. That's when they started crying because they really wanted the pokemon that we came to get for them. I'm a single parent on a small income so we don't get to go out much and this was our 1 time a month we go out and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had and as for my kids they said 'we don't want to go to McDonald's again and we don't want to get happy meals anymore because they are not happy they are sad meals." That is said from an 8 yr old girl and 9 yr old boy. Very sad and disturbingly disappointed in the service of the establishment to say the least. Read moreWas running errands today and was starving but lacking in time. So what's a guy to do? I swung in to our neighborhood McDonald's to grab a burger. It was 10:28am when I attempted to order at the screen. The employee informed me that they were still serving breakfast until 10:30am. I told her that it was less than 2 minutes away and she proceeded to get an attitude. I told the girl, with the line of people in front of me it would be past 10:30 before I would even make it to the 1st window to pay. Than she got snappy and said she would ask the kitchen with attitude and came across the intercom and said there was nothing they would do because it wasn't 10:30am yet. By now it's probably 10:29am and I am so frustrated I tell her I don't want anything then because I didn't want breakfast. So now I am stuck in line waiting for the rest of the customers to get their orders. By the time I got to the 1st window where everyone pays it was 10:31am. I sit there waiting for the line to move on so I can go about my day without lunch. Meanwhile the truck in front of me pulls up to the 2nd window and out of the window comes a happy meal? Is that not a lunch item? Also this is a guy who ordered prior to me ordering. Why was he allowed a lunch item and I wasn't? Was it because I kept my cool and didn't throw a fit? Or maybe because I didn't sit in line until exactly 10:30am and hold up the huge line behind me just to be a smart ass? By now the truck in front of me left and I pull forward to the 2nd window, I stop for a second blood boiling and thinking about questioning the scenario. However nobody came to the window instead they stood 10 feet away looking over their shoulders and under the brims of their hats. By now it was 10:33. Needless to say once again I realized it is not worth my time nor money supporting this location anymore. I left without anything and went to the competitions drive thru line instead. I wish I could have talked to the owner of the establishment about the incident but I didn't have time for that. So hopefully they will maybe read this and talk to there staff because they are treating customers poorly, and loosing you customers. My visit...
Read moreI'm am updating my rating tonight sept .30th almost at 11 pm . I ordered 9 Sundays. I specifically said," I want 6 of them to have hot fudge and extra hot fudge. Not on the ice cream , in a different cup A.K.A. on the side so I can choose the exact amount of fudge I want . " The woman taking my order was rude , cut me off while I was talking and said," forget it I'll have your total at the window." So I drive up to the window, I have my card Ready and all . She opens the window and tells me they're just putting 9 cones in a cup basically less Ice cream and not at all what I had asked for or ordered. So she slams the window and calls for someone else to come over and talk to me. A guy comes to the window and says what he has on the screen. I let him say the order then I told him what I had actually ordered . So he says he has it fixed. Takes my card charges me and hands my card and the receipt back to me. I drive up to the next window and I'm getting handed cones. So I had put my car in park and said to the worker , " This is not what I asked for... I asked for 9 Sundays all vanilla no fudge added to them I want fudge on the side and a different cup." So they get mad obviously because apparently this is so very difficult.... I get home after waiting about 15 minutes in the drive through. When I get home I start to hand out the ice cream and realize that none of these are even halfway full. The extra- hot fudge that they had charged me for 6 vanilla sundaes and there isn't even enough to go on one. I don't think I'll go back there the workers are rude . Nobody can seem to get an order correct , they treat you like crap when they realize that what you ordered is different than what they're trying to give you. They overcharge you and under-deliver.
