I went to pick up my food that I ordered and paid for online there were several employees in the store when I got there and my food was behind they said it would be four more minutes and the lady said she would walk it out to my car. 15 minutes past before I went back inside to check on the food and the same young girl was in there by herself now running around like a crazy person trying to get everything cooked and in the oven and all that stuff. She ran right by me three times didn’t acknowledge my existence so then I asked if I could just have the food that was ready because it was sitting right there getting cold. I did note when she told me it would be four more minutes that she also remove my name from the screen which concerned me because usually when that happens they forget that you’re waiting and don’t bring you your food. So therefore nobody knew I was outside waiting on my food. She didn’t respond to me or and continue to not acknowledge my existence and another girl a little heavier set came around the corner with an attitude and stared at me like what I was doing there or some thing but I’m not sure because she didn’t say a word so then I proceeded to ask for the food and let her know that I had been waiting outside for 15 minutes for somebody to bring it out. She didn’t raise her voice to me and told me that that girl was the only cook and counter person working and that I would have to wait until she was able to give it to me. I stated that the food already been paid for and was just sitting there getting cold and asked her why she couldn’t hand it to me. She proceeded to tell me that I would be waiting until the other girl had a minute to get me my order. Although it appeared she was doing nothing and it wouldn’t hurt her at all to turn around and grab my food and hand it to me I think she was busy eating around the corner though and I probably interrupted her because she had crumbs on her face. I then asked for a refund and informed her that I wasn’t willing to wait any longer and that her rudeness was unnecessary. She then proceeded to tell me that they don’t issue any refunds at that store and I would not be getting my money back. I politely turned around and left because I’m not gonna be attacked by any individual and yelled at and treated so poorly for no reason at all and as I was walking out the door she then told the other girl to throw my food away. It was truly by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I understand that we are all shorthanded I own my own business and I’m shorthanded as well but if we have employees like that when we’re through this pandemic there will be no customers left to keep the business going. If I ever had an employee treat a customer the way that that woman treated me last night I would terminate her immediately. I feel she should be very ashamed and embarrassed of herself for her behavior. And I truly do wish that no other customers have to deal with the nonsense of paying for food and not getting it. Read moreThe call center is a joke. It takes forever to try to call an actual store. Why are my orders being outsourced??? There shouldn't be a middle man. I called after I placed an online order and the site changed my delivery address from the one I had entered. I had to try 5 tines to get ahold of the actual store. Every time they would finally send me to the store phone it wouldn't work and I'd be disconnected. after I hit complete checkout it was delivering to the pizza hut it was coming from. And door dash is the delivery??? Why??? Freaking HASSLE to try and get it fixed. Then my order arrived missing half of it. Had to go through the call center AGAIN. And when I said due to the hassle I should get something for it they refused, saying it was the dashers fault (when I talked to the dasher who said that's all they gave him) They had to send another dasher with the rest of my order. Guess what??? Wrong again!! They sent a small soda instead of the 2 ltr. Had to call.... AGAIN! If I had gotten something for the hassle I would have let it go since it was just a soda. But since they refused I was done. This time they had no excuse to say it was the dashers fault. So they had to send a 3rd dasher! Pizza hut used to be good. But now it's the worst excuse for a restaurant, especially the one on center drive in medford. This is the 3rd time they've messed up an order. I thought I'd give them another chance since it had been well over a year since I've ordered there....
Read moreI wanted to say that my experience here was both amazing one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Pizza Hut and also one of the most terrifying I walked in to expect my order done unfortunately it was not so the employee at the time rang up my order and I paid for it she said I'm very sorry but it will be done in 10 minutes so I gave her the time walk to fredmyer got a few drinks and came back to find her crying she got yelled at called names this is ridiculous people It's JUST PIZZA if you have nothing else better to do go find a hole and fall in it because this woman worked very hard to try to produce all the pizzas that she was getting orders for All Night Long by herself and then a customer calls in and complains that their Pizza was an hour late when they received it in 30 minutes not only did this woman make my pizza flawlessly she treated me like a person not a customer not someone just coming to pay for something she made that's the greatest experience as a consumer could ever ask for is to be treated like a human like another person my hands applaud you and I hope that your boss reads this and knows exactly who I'm talking about if they don't I'll see...
