SOLÉ brunch & lounge — Restaurant in Medford

Been a few weeks since I came, was really hoping this place would be better but it doesn't seem so from the reviews. I got the Southern breakfast which is their bicuits and gravy for $16. Its pictured with 2 pieces of bacon but only comes with 1. When I asked, the waitress said "thats was only for the picture but next time I'll make sure you get 2" lol WHAT!? The biscuits were dense little pucks and their was so little gravy that I joke it was spread on with a knife. I asked for a side of gravy and waited quite a while for them to bring me a tiny butter dish more gravy...it was laughable. The gravy was...not great. The mimosa was in a champagne flute and was also about $16 which was absolutely ridiculous. It was incredibly bitter and I forced my self to drink it. With over easy and buttercloud so close, any other brunch...

Ordered bloody Mary’s and they were watery. Ordered steak and fries and were not asked how we wanted it cooked and it came well done. Instead of fries we were given “salad” which was lettuce and tomato with no dressing. Ordered a smoked ham savory crepe and it had canned jalepeno and packaged cheap salami slices??? Ordered two espresso martinis that never came. Had to ask for the fries and they came 25 min later after we already finished eating. The waitress kept forgetting about us and we sat and waited 20 min for her to come back and take our credit card. I think it’s more of an instagram place than a food place. Maybe they’ll improve since they’re new but I wouldn’t recommend...

Got the biscuits and gravy and it was disgusting. The biscuits were hockey pucks and looked old. The gravy was separated and tasted like it had also been sitting in a pan for days. For the price of things the quality is terrible. A mimosa in a flute cost $14 which is also crazy to me. The server was great and the restaurant is really beautiful.
