This subway used to be my favorite not until they replaced their old lovely crew with new mean and unprofessional crew.
They ain't happy to be there and they show it by not greeting coming customers. They have issues with their hearing and just wanna rush you. They speak in different languages while looking at you. I respect all nationalities but I also prefer to know what is being said about me.
One thing that always gets me on my nerves is that they don't ask whether you want to eat your sub in the store or to go. Instead they role the sub like if you told them to go and once you tell them I want it for here they say I know and just put it in the basket. Where I have to sit and unwrap it again and put it properly in the basket and eat it. I mean like why.. whyyyy? Can't you just make my life easier just like other subways?
Is it too much to say enjoy your meal after I say thank you or at least smile?
There is one Male employee from the old crew who still working. That employee is the absolute best I'll get his name when I see him again and make him known so he might get raise or a promotion.
This employee can run the entire place by himself from greeting customers to being curios about the customers and how their day is going while joking and doing his job to the best of his ability. He ask the customers if they wanna eat their sub in store or to go. If in store he will cut sandwiche in half and place it on top of a sheet of paper in the basket and nicely asks if you want chips or drinks. Check you out and leave you with a thank you and enjoy your meal.
Is it to much to...
Read moreThis employee right here turned out to be horrible with customer service. Please use caution with her or avoid altogether. I remember the first time I met her a few months ago, she was actually very nice and pleasant with me and the other customers. I even complimented her on her customer service and we had a pleasant exchange. However, in subsequent visits, it's like she became a totally different person. I didn't want to post a review when I noticed that initially, because I figured maybe she was having a bad day. But the last time I came to this Subway, it was clear as day that she was downright nasty to me and the other customers. There is a clear language barrier and when I would ask her to please repeat something, she would lose her temper and patience and get frustrated with the customers. She got a bunch of requests wrong, including the type of bread and whether I wanted it toasted. When I tried to tell her those were incorrect, she said "THIS IS WHAT YOU TOLD ME!" But it was definitely not, but she kept on arguing with me in a very aggressive and loud way. I was taken aback by this, because this was not the same lady I encountered on my first visit. It was like a 180. I spoke to her co-worker, who apologized on her behalf and also shared some personal context that may explain, but doesn't excuse, her behavior. Zero stars for this employee. Completely unprofessional and...
Read moreIâm only giving a 5 star because letâs be real who looks at the 1/2 start reviews but honestly I really just wanted to point out this place has some of the poorest customer service like I totally get no one wants to make sandwichâs for minimum wage but you chose the job. thereâs this one girl you can just tell kills the vibe for everyone else working there. sheâs always sitting on a counter when I walk in, doesnât greet or say anything no matter how many times you say hi how are you, first thing out her mouth is what do you want ? Very minimum conversation and when she does speak itâs just rushed and rude. She also needs to change her gloves when she walks to the back to grab more food because maybe instead of sitting down she should be changing the soggy condiments or cleaning no excuse to keep the same gloves on while touching stuff in the back and then back to the front of finish a sandwich smh deff a huge learning...
