Jing Fong — Restaurant in Media

Short: Great big portions, quick and friendly service and homemade duck sauce (and other sauces)! Also prices are at the same level as other Chinese places and some are even better. These guys are really doing what they can to stay competitive and they are good at it. You can tell that they care!

Long: I seldom do take out as I bring my own lunch but when I do I always go to this place. I usually get Gen. Tso's Shrimp or Chicken and I like it a certain way (low on broccoli - I like broccoli but not where there is too much). When I went to other Chinese place and asked for light broccoli what they would do is just put almost the same amount of broccoli under the shrimp or chicken and then give me less shrimp/chicken so that it looked like I got less broccoli. NOT THIS PLACE!! When I asked for light broccoli I got light broccoli. The portion size was the same, and speaking of the portion size let me just say that the wonderful people at this place fill the take out containers to the point where if it was any more the lid would pop off! All in all this is the best Chinese take out I have had experienced so far!...

Do not order from this restaurant; my dad was vomiting up their disgusting lo mein and blood from how sour the meat was. And the audacity they had to tell me to basically dig their food out of the trash or else I couldn’t get a refund. They already tried before to get off on my autistic brother before and now this?? I will never order from them again. Which isn’t a problem cause No.1 China in upper Darby has better quality food than this place anyways.

My favorite quote they had given me while spoke to them about the situation was “What did he eat both of the lo mein” because we had thrown them both away after he was vomiting horribly and didn’t think that anyone would honestly ask for there food back. And god forbid my autistic brother ate it by mistake when my dad who’s already having organ failure occur has already had to suffer. I just can’t. And I use to order from here...

Not customer friendly. After finding on line menu with prices I ordered. When I got to the store I was charged higher price. When I questioned the price and showed them the sight I ordered from I was told it was an old menu- sounds more like bate and switch to me. After going round and round in a fashion that was difficult to understand, I asked them to honor the website prices. They refused so I refused to purchase the food. I was also told that the manager would have to okay price change but he wasn’t there. Then the man who took over the conversation ended up telling me that he owned the store, but continued to say the old prices are there because it cost too much for them to change website-so THATS the customers problem? Never again. There are too many other more honest...
