Wife and I paid over 50 dollars for lunch today, ridiculous. She got a normal hoagie and I got a cheesesteak with extra meat. The sad part I specifically asked for extra meat because of the skimpy portion reviews. It looked like a normal cheesesteak, meat was dry and cold. Any other sandwich shop will fill the roll, this place, they’re worried about their pockets and not customer satisfaction.

This was my first time getting the Nonna's Veggie hoagie and it was good, but I was disappointed with that sliver of eggplant and it being dry because my condiments weren't put on. I guess I really expected more because of the hype with the other hoagies.

Seems like they’re trying yo get away with less tomatoes possible inventory or just plain cheap. I’ve been eating primos for like the past 15 years, this is not primos. Ruined the taste with that laxk of tomatoes.

In reference to the earlier review about “racism”, I’m a re-occurring customer to this location and I was in the store this morning when the situation went down. The gentleman behind the counter simply told the man that he could not have 3 lunch specials, as It is only one per person. The man began to yell and threaten the workers behind the counter yelling that they were all racist. It was a very unfortunate event. Just felt the need to clear that up since that man seems to be not telling the story the way It actually happened. There was absolutely in no way any racism involved. The rule is one lunch special per person. I felt that my own safety was in danger during the incident because of him making a scene and threatening to hurt the staff. When I got to the counter the apologized repeatedly, which wasn’t necessary. The staff there is great and so is the food. I have been eating primos since I was a kid and this place always brings me that nostalgia. I have nothing but the upmost respect for these guys and the hard work they put into their business each...

As I sat in the chair waiting for my food, I happen to notice something fall off the trash can...after a double take...it was a maggot. Then looking around I saw them all around their waiting area....I alert the manager. And he just acts like it's no big deal, he then proceeds to take the trash out of the can and carry the bag through his establishment where the food is prepared. I tell him that was gross and he goes.."would you have me take it outfront?" 🤣..well Um yes sir trash belongs outside...I think that's why you have this problem in the first place 🤔. I then state that I would like to cancel my order and be refunded my money. He informs me that he would have to 'eventually' call corporate because it was an online order. This kind of customer service is horrible and they should be ashamed of themselves. He tries to tell me that behind the counter is well take care of...but can it be? If the area where the customers see is crawling with maggots, because they dont take the trash out...I can only imagine what behind the...

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. I do not frequent this establishment but had been here previously. I ordered a regular Italian hoagie on 7/31/24, but upon getting home and eating it, there wasn't any prosciutto on the hoagie at all. It was also very skimpy on the vegetables and mayo. The sandwich was also much smaller than I remember it being several months ago (around 9 inches).

I set myself up for this by not placing my order online, so there is a small chance the man did not know how to make a sandwich correctly. But I believe he intentionally left if off as I received passively hostile behavior from this location in the past.

I would have saved $6 and got a large, better tasting hoagie at one of the two Wawa nearby. Or one of the other restaurants within this radius.

I simply will never return to this location again. I won't report it on the credit card or accept a discount...
