OLD REVIEW FROM 2023-2024If you want the worst fast food experience, you've come to the right place. Whatever you do, if you want your order right, do NOT come here in the evenings or night. The manager is nice as a person but overall, horrible accommodations. I ordered food off the app for my partner to pick up. It was 2 of the 10 piece saucey nuggets (one buffalo one barbecue), a large and small fry, and a large coke zero. My partner comes home with 24 nuggets, 20 are spicy (which is NOT what we wanted), 4 were regular and then an array of sauce packets, our large fry was filled the same amount as our small fry and were cold and mushy, and our coke zero did not come with a straw and upon taking a sip the drink machine was out of syrup or something and our coke zero tasted like carbonated cardboard.
Upon me trying to call the store, they did not pick up. They sent me to voicemail. I called again immediately after, they picked up and hung up on me.
The entire night crew needs to be replaced. This is just one of the many times they've messed up an order and failed to accommodate. The fact someone picked up and hung up the phone baffles me beyond words. I truly will not be returning to this wendys location despite the convenience of its location. Due to the locations lack of picking up the phone, I've had to go through online support in order to receive a refund.
Edit: it's been a year since my original review and they have overhauled the entire staff it seems and it's for the better. After being told by my boyfriend that he hasn't seen any of the same workers for a while now, I decided to come back. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the crew here especially the sweetest girls in the drive thru. My order has only been wrong a few times so that's why it's 4 star on the food portion but accidents happen. I love this...
   Read moreThis is by far the worst Wendyâs Iâve been too. There is consistency in the worst possible way. I am a regular at the Wendyâs in Pennsauken, NJ because it is close to my work. I order the same meal every 1-2 weeks, a Baconator sandwich. It always looks and tastes exactly the same and it is always delicious. The people working at that location are friendly and provide good service. This has also been my experience at almost every Wendyâs I have ever been to. On the contrary, the Media location is the exact opposite. I have been to this location on four occasions because I live around the corner and I have not had one good experience and the food has been terrible each time. My baconator sandwich was missing a patty on two of the four occasions including tonight around 8:25pm. Not one time did my sandwich taste like a baconator from every other location across the country. Condiments have been missing, sandwich has been cold, and on one occasion it was clearly rotten/expired.    Read moreThis is the worst run fast food restaurant that I have ever visited and it will surely be my last. The employees take FOREVER to do everything, I thought this was fast food? Why should I have to wait in line for over 10 minutes and have to wait forever for my food?
When I got up to the register I had an employee with the worst possible attitude who had no customer service skills. She tried to steal from me by telling me she didnât have any change and asked if that was okay. This wasnât told to me before I gave her my cash but instead was told after. When I demanded my change she gave me an attitude and went to the drive thru to get me change. Then she tried stealing a dollar by giving me back the wrong change. She tried this same routine on several other customers but I was the only one to demand my change.
To make matters even worse I found a long black hair in my cheeseburger which was enough for me to throw out my food and call it a day.
