Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Medina Township

I would like to let anyone know that loves the good vibes amazing food and friendly service please DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT!! DINE HERE!!! I had the worst experience tonight with my fiance and boy let me tell you first off we had to wait to be seated it was 15-20min wait and then a nice hostess sat us down then our waiter arrives Ryan he's being the server and hes also bartending at the bar giving serving drinks👀we ordered 2 Caesar salads i asked for extra dressing ryan then comes with our salads the lettuce was badly wilted like it's been sitting out for awhile also may i add that we wasn't aware that the salads were going to be already dressed so we see the dressing sitting on the side of the bowls ( the dirty bowls the people that came before us their food was on our salad bowls) 😯 🤮Not to mention how RUDE Mr Ryan was about this salad we ask for extra dressing he rudely explains that when you ask for Cesar salads at " any restaurant" that the Cesar salads will always be automatically dressed it was Ryan's delivery that upset us then we go to order the bacon cheeseburgers we ask for them well done they came back medium well 🤮🤮🤮my fiance and i then noticed that Ryan wasn't just having a " bad day " he was treating and serving the Caucasian and well fortunate better than he was treating me and my family this immediately upset my fiance and brought her to tears she wanted to go after the terrible experience 😔😔 and I was too ashamed and embarrassed to even let us finish our meal at the the location and table at this Applebee's I say to anyone that wants to dine at the Applebee's in Medina Ohio I highly ADVISE YOU TO NOT Waste your Time or Money!!! If your not the right Color or spending the right amount of Coin!!! Then this is totally not going to be the experience your looking for the family people like Mr Ryan give places like Applebee's a bad name we was so upset Tonight that I didn't get the honor of Talking to the Manager but I would gladly love to tell my experience if Need...

My experience with Applebees used to be overall positive, except at this location. Its been multiple times now where my food out of everyones at my table has been forgotten by staff. Or like today, my friends and i got to a table that wasnt accomadating for a group to chat. We came there for a birthday celebration but where given two tables connected without any on the other side for conversation. Not only that, we had asked if we could go to the booth we where told by the waitress that "its only for a party of 8" well, during this shift same time frame it was given to a table of 6 that didnt have a reservation. Even though it was empty for more than half the time there we were not allowed there but instead allowed in a 4 person booth to squeeze in a party of 5. Id like to point out as well, this party of 6 had children which are smaller for a table of supposedly "Party of 8". And this isnt the only thing either. Our waitress didnt give us any silverware or napkins, and didnt fill our drinks once empty. Itd go 10 mins or more without refills. They even got my order wrong as I had specifically asked for no broccoli in my food, once taken back they didnt even make a new one. Instead they took the broccoli out but pieces of this broccoli were LEFT in it. Thats why you make a whole new plate, so instead of doing so or getting my order right to begin with i had to spend a good portion of my dinner trying to pick out the pieces. What if I was allergic? My stomach cannot physically handle Broccoli which is why I asked for the alfredo to have it removed when made. This isnt the first time ive had my food either forgotten, and or mismade despite clear words being spoken to them. Overall, a terrible experience today. I feel sad to say as I do like Applebees in other locations, but this location as always had a factor to dissappoint me and my friends who came to eat dinner there...

Worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. Showed up at 8 pm on a Friday, the place was not busy what so ever. We had 5 of us who were eating there. The wait staff was no on par with other locations. Had the bartender working both the bar and tables which meant slow service for us if she got busy at the bar. The food was cold, they were missing items we ordered. When we told the waiter this it took an additional almost 20 minutes to bring out shrimp and fries that were still cold. The steak my fiancé ordered was not cooked anywhere near how she ordered it. When I asked for the manager and told him what was the issue we had he decided to give smart remarks to us and then asked US what he NEEDED to do. He is the manager and should already know what to do not ask the customer.. he then stated how could he know whats going on in the front of the restaurant when he has been in the back cooking food. Once again he is a MANAGER not a cook, help the guests have a better experience instead of not feeling wanted and then charging full price for food that was never made correctly. This was the worst experience I've ever had. If they were busy that would be one thing but the place was dead with maybe 15 people eating there 5 of them being me and my guests. I 100% will not be eating at this location again and I'd advise you to do the same. The manager Erik was awful and just down right unpleasant and then to hear mumbling from the staff members about me and my family because we had a bad experience. Do better...
