Tldr; I was charged multiple times and never given my food.
Long version: I never have had this happen out of all the times I've gone there. My friend walks in and the first thing the worker says is (talking to her coworkers) "Do either of you know how to cash out on this thing?" [Referring to POS] Should have been a first red flag. Anyways I usually pay online, this time it wouldn't go through I guess so by the time they got up there and realized it didn't go through we went to go pay in store on my card. Same card I've always used in store/online. Shows approved on card reader. They claim it didn't go through and run my card again. I got the alert the money was pulled and my balance was -$29.98 less. (Yes I know authorized holds exist) so put my card in again. Same thing. Shows approved and my card was charged another $29.98. They still claim it hasn't gone through and basically pull the pizza away stating if we're not gonna pay for it we aren't getting the food. We fight back and forth for a few minutes. As they start whispering in each other's ears and laughing at my friend. I'm fed up. Showed them my account showing the payment went through. The girl starts getting an attitude. we drive up in the snow storm to get pizza. Get charged twice for it. But don't get the pizza and get a disgusting attitude as if we're running some elaborate scheme. They say "well what happens when you go to a gas station" ... well Kristen, I'll tell you - you put your card in for $10 in gas. Retailer puts an authorized hold on the card. POS runs a script to finalize the sale based off the button the employee selects, shows approved on both ends. The customer then pumps the gas. The manager/gm runs the end of day processes to finalize the transactions, the hold is released and the money is taken from the account officially. You may not have been trained on the new system, maybe you pressed the wrong button. regardless my point is : how many times would i have to charge my card before the sale decides its going to approve on your end? I won't ever go there again. I get you don't care because it's not your money.
P.s. Getting loud, sassy, whispering and laughing at customers isn't a cute business move and ultimately destroys rapport and reputation the expense of the owner/investor who has to face the consequences of your actions.
Order was never cancelled, still shows its ready to be picked up. I just wanted my money back. (All I was trying to do was get food for my sister and i. To lose $60 for nothing sucks as I twiddle my thumbs waiting & praying I get it back. I feel stupid even writing this because I know no one cares. Unfortunately I do )
update - after jumping through hoops and asking GM multiple times to pursue this issue. 15 days later I was able to receive my money back directly from owner (it was never refunded back & still shows completed. So how this money disappeared we will probably never know) The owner atleast made the situation right in the end which I am really grateful for. I just pray no one else has to go thru...
Read moreSo basically the app wasn’t working and the app had told me to call and provided a number to call, once i called I got into the phone with this woman and let me just say it was one of the worst and longest calls of my life, it was as if the woman didn’t understand english I had to repeat things many times and i understand repeating things once or twice but i’m not even trying to be dramatic i had to repeat it many times, then the woman proceeds to tell me the coupons i wanted to use only worked for the app and i was like well your app isn’t working mam, and she goes on trying to say she can’t put them on, so i speak up and say how that’s not fair because her app wasn’t working and she says she will try to put on. Which makes no sense to me what so ever. Then after 20 mintues of me telling her my card info and having to repeat it like saying the abcs to a child she proceeds to tell me that my card was invalid. So i say my card again and she says it is invalid again so i use another card which i am a moderately wealthy person so i know i have money on my card so its strange its not working then she proceeds to tell me it still isn’t working and let me just add this whole call this woman has been cutting off my sentences, so she proceeds to cut me off and say im transferring you and transfers my call. Then i get on the phone with this kind man who helps me get everything right and he proceeds to tell me that my order was placed an hour ago and the driver was on the way. I’m am beyond angry that the woman wasted MY time....

Yesterday we ordered 2 pizzas (The slices all had bubbles on all the slices from the top to hang way down the slices. 😞 This wasn't like the pizzas we always order from you. I didn't eat my pizza and my son always gets his own and he didn't like it either. The chicken nuggets were so hard I couldn't eat them. It was like it was cooked or baked many times cuz they were hard as a rock. The only thing that was good was the Parmesan bites. Look us up we order from you alot during each month. This food wasn't made under a supervisor. It was so disgusting sadly I was so mad I tossed it in the dumpster. Look up Bittinger 232 S. Huntington street, Medina Ohio ..I have pictures of you'd like to see them. Why is my pizza having 3/4's of dough bubbles and no sausage or bacon on top of them not any in the pizza. ...This was the worst order and pizza's that we've ever received...
