Bad service, make mistakes on orders and can't reach them on phone to complain ... Medina court street address not a good line cation that cares about customers make you feel your a bother. So the s is an add-on for the Medina, oh location on n court.....baaaaddd service, they stand around talking instead of waiting on customers have an excuse for everything as why they don't get orders out in a timing fashion. In particular there's a middle-aged medium heavy set lady with reddish blonde hair that when you complain because they take too long she argues with you and she even argued with me out the door as I'm asking her to please stop people need to stop going to this location and when they're out of a job because they don't know how to treat customers then no no why. I am so sorry for this as I want to like dunkin' donuts but this location needs to be reprimanded they need to be retrained of how to handle customers and to work at a business that deals with the public
New post Nov 21st : I am a Door Dasher. I had an order for Dunkin Donuts on N Court St in medina. Nothing has changed still terrible service and they have too many excuses why they can't service properly. I waited 10 mins after getting the dasher order to my phone before going to location to give them time to process the order of 2 drinks one hot, one cold. After arriving at store I waited another 15 mins after the 15 min wait I inquired to confirm they did infact have the order, the gentlemen confirmed had order and gave excuses why not done and that there would be a further wait I'm sorry but I did say kinda disgruntled and said it's only 2 drinks. Waited another 5 minutes for the gentlemen then to call out the order name and loudly said for all to hear for me to check my attitude at door. I'm offended I don't like this locations atmosphere it's tense and they have no consistency or order of how they process orders and they are rude. why the delay? I'm sorry I like Dunkin but not this location. They don't care about there customers and they give vibes they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped in to grab a gift card, because I couldn't find a Dunkin at Giant Eagle. When I arrived it was a little busy so I knew it might be a minute. The woman before me got donuts and she picked them out and the server even went to the back to get additional donuts for her. Great service for her. There's was a line starting to build and many people waiting inside for their orders. The when it was my turn she asked me to wait and started assisting on some of the orders by prepping cups. I had no problem. Then she seemed to stall. She was checking on things and finding things to do beside work the register. I waited 15 minutes and watched while the line grew behind me. I even saw some people leave after a few minutes. About 3 people said someone would be right with us, but even though the employees were right there, no one helped. Finally one of the workers asked another to get the register. I bought my card ( I was going to get a donut, but was annoyed so I passed) and left. This is why I only get donuts from Donutland in Brunswick. Better donuts and much better service.i was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDefinitely the worst Dunkin Iāve been to. I go frequently because itās very close to my house and itās cheaper than Starbucks, but it has some of the worst employees Iāve ever seen. They are all incredibly rude, especially April who is usually on the speaker in the drive thru and the really tall rude one, Ally. Matthew, the guy who is usually on the drive thru window has said creepy inappropriate comments to me several times which I have complained about. Every single person that works there has a negative attitude and no customer service. I had the displeasure of working there during October of last year and let me tell you, I lasted not even a month due to the horrific work environment. After working 9 hour shifts i would ask for a break and get told I need to āadvocate for themā and ābreaks arenāt just handed outā. Whether you are a customer or an employee, your experience there will no doubt be an unpleasant one. Just spend the extra couple $$ and go to Starbucks or the new Dunkin on Wooster pike road is...
