Arby's — Restaurant in Mehlville

Service at the drive through is BAD BAD BAD! Twenty minutes to get TWO Classic RB. Three cars in front of me. I got to the speaker and they said they would be with me shortly. About 10min later the two cars in front of me got their orders and left and I was still at the speaker and nobody would answer me so I pulled up to the window. After about a min or two someone came to the window and started to give me someone else order and I said I didn't order yet because no one would answer me at the speaker. I said I have a coupon for 2 classic RB for $5 and she said WE DON'T HAVE THAT we have 4 for $10! Said I have a coupon in my hand. She took the coupon and my credit card and rang up my order then handed me back my card and threw the receipt next to cash register instead of giving it to me. She handed me the big bag with 2 RB and np napkins and no receipt. I said could I have some Arbys Sauce and she gave me 3. I then asked if could have my receipt and she threw it at me. This place...

So I went to Arby's on this past Wednesday evening, and mind you..my Lord brought down a huge ThunderStorm with a Windy Rain Blowing Sideways...(is has been awhile since we had rain that was blowing wildly sideways..lol) Anyhoo, I really like Arby's Food..so the storm didn't bother me too keep me away from getting it that evening..lol..The Staff were very Friendly, Upbeat and Attentive when I walked in, a young lady Greeted me with a Smile on her face before I even made it to the counter, she asked for my order as well as if there is anything else I would like and what size meal and drink..( got their Brisket meal along with a side of Mozzarella sticks and their Awesome Orange Dreamsicle Shake..so Delicious!!! (Now it was a little pricey..about $18 dollars, but it makes up for their incredible staff, accurate hot made to order food and fast but not hasty Service and not to mention a Diversity Staff) Thank-you for a Great...

The drive through lady with the orange nails on 5/15/25 was friendly, polite & speedy A+. I bought 2 1/2lb beef & cheddar ( dinner on Thursday & lunch on friday) & curly fries for picky toddler.. Sandwiches were big! Unfortunately I had to lift the lid ( top bun) physically ,turn it over and look to find the cheddar. Imagine someone on an extreme diet buttering toast. The cheddar was politely smeared onto the center of the top bun. Beef n cheddar's used to be a bit messy. Which was a good thing! Every bite had cheddar in it. Only the very top slice of roast beef had any cheddar transferred onto it. I know restaurants are cutting corners, skimping on things to make more $ , but,. please change the pics of the beef n cheddar to reflect reality if this is how they are supposed to conme now, in 2025. If the sandwiches had close to the appreciate amount of cheddar, I would have...
