This time I did not have a good experience I ordered from the app which is something I really never used to do only started doing it because it seems like they are forcing everyone to do so. So I got to the KFC and pulled in the parking lot and proceeded to place my order online and through the app I found a coupon / /promo code site that allowed me to get one large appetizer or side item with the purchase of $5 or more through the KFC app and I followed the instructions pushed the link it took me to the app I did everything I was supposed to do and I did not receive my $5 off. I tried it three different times. So I immediately sent a message through the app about that particular incident and so I went inside the store right after I sent that message / email to find out that my food was ready all except they did not have my 12 piece nugget for the meal that I ordered which was 16 + $1 with the extra side the large mashed potato so I had to call my fiance and asked him if there would be anything else he would like to have and everything he asked for to substitute the nuggets with they were out of that too the only thing they said they had was mostly dark meat which neither of us liked very much and pot pies.so I proceeded to ask for the refund for the amounts of the chicken nuggets they did not have and I did ask them why isn't there a way for them at the store to update the app really fast as soon as they find out they are going to have a particular item especially a popular item and come on chicken it's KFC for Christ's sake last I checked! Anyway this is the icing on the cake,.... I was told by the cashier that she could not issue me a refund something about a third party blah blah blah which mind you I don't work for Uber Lyft or GrubHub or any of those that was a personal order for myself and my fiancee she told me I had to go back in through the app and ask for a refund which I think is very troubling and such a hassle for something that definitely was not my fault so to the makers of the KFC something has to be done I think that number one the staff definitely should be trained on the app and know how to use that first of all then you guys should update your system so that when they run out of an item at the store it there can be something pushed on the screen stating that a customer cannot purchase an item they no longer have or just ran out of and definitely be able to refund a customer no matter how they ordered the food I have to go to there to pick up the food the food was made from that location and everything else so I don't understand why I wasn't able to get athe cashier dead offer try to offer me something for a replacement but like I said at the beginning everything she named off my fiance doesn't eat and or just don't like not to mention none of it equals up to how much those nuggets were. Then a that night we got our food home and realized there was no gravy for the large mashed potato I tried to call that same evening no one would answer the phone a lady called while I was at work said she was the general manager from that KFC and was returning my message about the free large side coupon that didn't go through and I she spoke with my fiance as I was at work and she was very rude to him he tried to explain to her everything she didn't want to talk about the refund situation because she said that's not what the message was about it was about the coupon and he he wouldn't talk to him because he wasn't me but was very rude about it but she did tell him that the mashed potatoes no longer automatically come with gravy you have to ask for it well that's news to us and really stupid if you ask me I'm sure there's more people out there that like gravy with their potatoes versus ones who don't anyways that is why I as well as my fiance are very disappointed and ("I apologize, I'm in a hurry, I have to go to work, so I will proofread and edit my spelling and punctuation...
Read moreMy review is only 3 stars because the manager and counter worker inside showed good customer service and went above and beyond to correct my friend's and I order. First we went through the drive thru and ordered both of our meals. Once we got to the window it went down hill from there. The window worker was rude, gave us 1/4 of our receipt because the paper ran out (didn't apologize or offer to reprint it), and when we asked if we needed to move forward out of common courtesy the worker shook his head no as he was closing the window. Then we got back home to find that my friend didn't get his side bowl in his combo meal and I ended up with 2 original Chicken Littles instead of 1 of each flavor. I went back and the manager corrected both of our orders. The worker at the front counter was very polite and asked if I needed anything else and I said KFC Hot Sauce would be nice. He put it in a paper bag and folded the top - very nice gesture even though he was helping other customers too. While I was waiting for my orders inside, one worker in the back was complaining that I gave my order wrong, but my friend stated 1 of each flavor in the drive thru. Is the speaker box broken? The other workers in the back seemed new, poorly trained or something. They seemed to be goofing off more than working, which might be why our order was wrong and another customers food was burnt. If it was busy/short staffed, I would've understood a mistake or two, but we were the only car in the drive thru, only a few people in the restaurant, and spent $20 on food and they still got it wrong. The attitude of the drive thru workers didn't help either.

Read moreI ordered a 30 dollar fill up the ladie that took my order (Alexis) not only confirmed my order but asked me if the sides that came with it was ok, I asked if I could have mac and cheese instead of Coleslaw and she said "yes of course you can". When I got to the window I told her I am sorry but I ment to ask for all dark meat if it is to late I understand and I'm ok with what you have already bagged for me. She said "no problem at all I will have that changed right away for you". As I wait for my food she held a simple but meaningful conversation with me to help pass the time of my wait. She returned to the kicken to grab my bags of food and I couldn't help but to overhear someone (I think is was Alexis) getting in trouble by the manager because eather the mac and cheese or all dark meat was sapose to cost extra witch I would have been fine paying for. I am a Manager for Dobbs tire and I will tell you one thing if I had an employee that was as kind and professional as Alexis was I would let a 4 dollar undercharge be over seen. He was not very nice about it to her and even though I know it hert her feeling a little she handed me my food with a cheerful happy response of i hope you have a great night and enjoy your food! 5 star customer service for sure.
