Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Memphis

Very disappointed today. Had been in the mall a while doing some last minute school shopping thinking my only reward would be my normal stop at Auntie Anne's. Well today my cashier was rude, never spoke to me only to breathe something under her breath when I pointed out i didn't add caramel with my order. She even rolled her eyes when she removed it. I wasn't told thank you or offered to purchase a drink or anything as they usually do. Ms. Sarah is always friendly when I come she at least came out to say hello this is why my rating is a three. It really depends on what time of day and the day you order at this location; weekends typically involve long waits, and surly service folk. Week days are best, especially after the lunch rush hour (after 1 PM).
