D'Bo's Riverdale — Restaurant in Memphis

After reading great reviews I decided to give a this wing shop a TRY!!!!!! WORSE MISTAKE EVER!!!!!!!! AFTER CALLING THE LOCATION 4 TIMES AND THE LINE BEING BUSY I WENT ON UP AND PLACED MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 15 MINUTES. I KNEW THAT WAS A BIT MUCH DUE TO ME HAVING WHOLE WINGS BUT I SAID OKAY. AFTER BEING THERE 30 MINUTES THE YOUNG LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER CAME UP WITH AN ATTIUDE AND ASK ME WHAT DID I HAVE AND WHY WAS I STILL THERE AND I TOLD HER I DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG AND I HAD THE HEART ATTACK COMBO AND THE 5 WHOLE WINGS COMBO. SHE NEVER CAME BACK AND ANOTHER YPUNG WITH A BLACK AND RUBY BON CAME UP AND ASKED ME WHAT DID I HAVE AND SHE CAME BACK AND TOLD ME THAT MY ORDER WAS UP. OKAY SO ABOUT 10 MINUTES LATER SHE BRINGS MY FOOD AND SHOWS ME HOW IT LOOKED AND I ASKED ABOUT MY OKRA SHE SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW ABOUT IT. SHE THEN LOOKED AT THE RECEIPT AND WAS LIKE IT WILL BE 7 MORE MINUTES. AT THIS TIME I'm OVER THE WAIT AND I WANTED A FULL REFUND. THE YOUNG LADY WHO TOOK MY ORDER THRN CAME UP AND SAID I COULDNT GET A REFUND.... THE YOUNG LADY WITH THE BOB SAID SHE WOULD GIVE ME A GALLON OF JUICE AND FULL ORDERS OF SIDES BUT I DIDNT TRUST HAVING ANYTHING BOUGHT YO ME FROM THE BACK AFTER ALREADY SAYING I DIDNT WANT THE FOOD AND I WANTED A FULL REFUND.... IF THE LOCATION HAD BEEN BUSY I COULD UNDERATAND THE WAIT BUT THEY WERENT BUSY AT ALL. THE COOKS WERE TALKING ABOUT THE GAME AND THE COWBOYS AND THE YOUNG LADY WHOM TOOK MY ORDER WAS IN THE KITCHEN DANCING. SITTING IN THERE 40 MINUTES AT THE BAR IT WAS PROBABLY 10 ORDERS THAT CAME IN THE WHOLE TIME I WAS SITTING THERE.... THE YOUNG LADY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY UNTIL I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD CALL THE POLICE SHE THEN CALLED THE OWNER AND SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH HIS PHONE AND WHILE SHE WAS TRYING TO CALL HIM BACK SHE TOLD ME AGAIN IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GIVE REFUNDS ON COOKED FOOD.. I TOLD HER TO I WOULD CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE I HADNT ACCEPTED THE FOOD AND THERE WAS NO WAY THAT WAS LEGAL ESPEICALLY IF THE ORDER WAS WRONG...... I WILL NOT GO BACK. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... When I arrived to place my to go order, I had wait a few minutes before my order was taken even though the cashier was standing on the other end of the counter doing nothing. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for 4 chicken tenders, fries, and rolls (which I never received). As I was asking for a refund because I had waited forever and it appeared all the kitchen staff was gone (they left with their own to go boxes before all the remaining customers had received food), my order miraculously appeared. The person who I was told was the owner had brought it out about 2-3 minutes prior, but didn’t ask any of the customers waiting at the counter if it was their order. I explained to the other gentleman the food even looked cold. I was assured the order was just brought out. So, against my better judgment I accepted it and proceeded home. As expected, the fries were extremely soft and stale, not fresh and crispy. It was like they had been sitting in the to go box for a long time before they were brought out. Mind you, I only live 5 minutes away so that wasn’t enough time for them to get that soft. I requested seasoned tenders, but they had absolutely no seasoning on them. Instead of the ranch dressing I requested, I received bleu cheese. Essentially the entire order was trash. I had another poor experience here previously, but I decided to give them another chance. Ordered $100 worth of food. This was my first time there, it was recommended. I came in to pick up. I asked the young man was the dressing in there because I paid for extra dressing he said, "Yeah all yo stuff in dere." I said thank you and walked out. Turned around and walked back in because what I ordered came with a gallon of lemonade, which I paid an extra $2.50 for. I said, "Sir, I forgot a gallon of lemonade." He did some goofy move pointing to the drink cooler. I said thank you and left. I got home with no double fries and no dressing, both of which I paid for. I called back to the restaurant and spoke to a young man that said, "Oh well, next time you come we'll make sure you have everything." Sir, I paid for this extra stuff. He said, "Oh well" and hung up.

I try to support black business because I am a black business. I'm a truck and just came back to town. I have a few driver friends from out of town with me so I was trying to show them how Memphis wings are. This is sad and embarrassing.

I am very disappointed. My people were disappointed as well.

Can someone tell me a better wing place so when it's my turn again I can make sure my people are served and...
