And usually in this place is run very great. Food is always on point. It is always fresh and on time. This time it was not and it was terrible by a long shot. I put in an order for a pizza and some pasta at 10:00 p.m. It said it would be ready by 10:29. I get there at 10:35, it is not ready. That's fine because it's a Saturday night. And they tell me to pull around the front from the drive-thru because, the "pasta isn't ready". That should literally be the easiest thing. But anyway, they will bring it to me. I waited outside in my truck. About 40 minutes. I looked up and it is 11:15. No pizza to be brought to my truck. So I'll walk up to the front door cuz I see they let somebody in. But they don't let me in. I just need my order at this point. It took them 10 minutes to come to the door after helping a customer to open it up. That makes it 11:25. And then I'm trying my best to be calm, which I was, and I just said look you told me to come around 50 minutes ago for a pizza that is not ready. Had to ask for my name again. And then it took about another 10 minutes for me to get my pizza. At this point it is 11:35. One hour after it was supposed to be finished! This is extremely unacceptable. 20 or 30 minutes after the wait time is understandable because of the busyness on a weekend. But an hour wait, is something any customers shouldn't have to deal with. Other people were waiting too but I felt like I was waiting the longest because my car got there and other cars had passed through and gotten their food. It's sad because I'm trying to support this store, but the way I was treated as a customer, makes me not want to use Domino's as a place of business. Doesn't matter where. So be sure, If you want to order pizza, don't go to this location. Specifically this location. It might have been a fluke, but over an hour to make two simple items can't be a fluke. Especially when it said the wait time is 10 minutes. That means there is negligence and laziness going on in the restaurant. And that is something a customer should not be having...
Read moreI honestly wish I could give no stars. This Domino’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a pizza for delivery and my confirmation email said it would be delivered in 15-25 minutes. I said that I would give them a grace period because I felt that was a little quick for a delivery order. I checked online to track the order and it took approximately 10 minutes for the pizza to be prepared, cooked and checked. It came out of the oven at 12:06pm and I checked periodically to see if it had left the store yet. 30 minutes went by and still nothing.
Finally I called a few minutes after 1:00pm and was put on hold for about 5 minutes. When the young lady came back to the phone I explained to her that I wanted to cancel my delivery order because it had been over an hour since I placed it and it should have been delivered by now. She asked for my address and then says, “Okay.” No apology or anything. She was actually about to hang up. So I then ask if the money be put back on my debit card and she said it takes 3-5 business days. I then ask what the hold up is on the delivery and tell her my estimated delivery time according to my email. She says that that’s impossible because they only have 1 driver. I explained to her that it would have been nice to receive a phone call letting the customer know that the delivery my take longer than expected. I didn’t get an apology or anything. All she says is “Okay” again.
Management needs to do a better job of training their staff on customer service. This is not the first time I’ve received bad service from this establishment but it will definitely be my last. I hate that I have to patronize other franchises, because this Domino’s is in my neighborhood, but this what it has...

But that’s due to the high volume in traffic from its neighbors from getting hair supplies, getting your taxes done, getting some donuts from Krispy Kreme next-door or just coming in to be greeted with a nice smile and someone ready to take your order.
The location was going to receive a three or four star at first but after every effort was put in by the young man that helped me with my order they were missing a barbecue dipping sauce and a salad which ordering online doesn’t keep track of in-store inventory! The store has a great staff everyone is trying to do their best to keep everyone’s mood high and motivated. Even the checking of orders and following up behind others to ensure they meet the Dominos guarantee. The young man that I was interacting with tried his best to find my salad locate the Parmesan cheese and the barbecue dipping sauce. You have to remember this young man only has two hands..
