Jr fish and chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

First time visiting this establishmreaseent. The workers were all nice and helpful. The prices seemed reasonable. My choices were to try their shrimp and chicken livers. The six pieces of shrimp were ok the fries were ok. The livers not so much. We normally drive across town to Pirtles for my chicken livers and wings, and we will continue to do so. The taste of the livers was that they cooked in old grease/oil. I was hoping by the great Yelp pictures I wouldn't have to drive far. Now I feel like I should do them a favor and deliver a batch from Pirtles so they can figure out the difference in taste ( to know how to improve their product). I'm sorry to say I probably won't return. It's a matter of taste. Business wise I'm sure they'll be fine via their other offerings and nearby traffic. My family and I just ordered a family meal consisting of 10 pieces of Catfish Fillets, Family Fries and a Drink. I also added a Buffalo Fish Meal for my Mom. When I made it home, I discovered that they’d left off the Family Fries. I called Jj’s on Riverdale and they told me to come back. When I made it home and ate with my Family, this is what we discovered at the bottom of our fries!! Well, this is always a lovely establishment for great fresh food. However, that depends on when you go. I'm here right now and there is a older bald guy that's at the counter taking orders and he is not so friendly as the other employees. His aggressive demeanor isn't professional nor tolerable.
