When I picked up my order on 8/7/2020 @ the Cordova location on Germantown Pkwy and trinity. I had my son in one arm wallet on my wrist and pizza box in other. In other words, I had a full load lol but being a single mother kinda use to it. As I was walking out with everything in tow, I dropped the pizza box. No biggie. But when I opened the toppings on all but 4 slices was scrambled. My fault I knew that. I go back in to reorder. As I place a new order and getting ready to pay. I asked the unaware young lady to trash the box. Before trashing, she asked was anything wrong. I replied I dropped my pizza. I wasn't upset because it was again my FAULT. she said oh no I'm sorry to hear. She got the manager and he said ok no problem don't ring it up. He put his apron on to remake the pizza! This is on a Friday night everywhere was packed drive thur lines were long and yes Papa John's were BUSY! He said give it about 10 mins. I said no problem! Couldn't argue it was my fault. The young lady that assistance me walked outside with me to load the car with my 2yr old and pizza! She said every one needs help from time to time! I couldn't agree more! Kindness respect and common courtesy goes a long way! I don't mind extending help to whomever. But when genuine help is extended to me warms my heart especially when we are going through this uncertain time, things could've went differently. The manager could of been upset had a bad day and attitude or just didn't want to be kind. The young lady could of been upset frustrated and annoyed. They were super kind! I don't normally write reviews and not a person to text. But I had to let you know its not about being a returning customer its about values that an individual and that a company should instill in their future and present employees in all establishments. I am grateful for that experience. I look at the bigger picture of things not how other people view...
Read moreI got the new Cool Ranch Doritos Chicken Papadia here, and it absolutely popped off. I hope the chef of this papadia has a wonderful rest of the year and that they find a crisp Benny Franklin on the way to their car one day. I would never have imagined that the flavors that hit my tongue would be able to bring my spirits up and cause me a weeks worth of yearning for another one. The cashier with the pink hair was very kind and epic to me and let me take my time figuring out exactly what I wanted. Her good translation of my order to the chefs was what allowed this journey to occur in the first place. Mwah xoxo love
UPDATE a day later: The yearning got to me and I ordered a second papadia, this time it was the Parm Crusted Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia. I also got some of those silly little Chicken Parm Bites. My dog was overjoyed to smell the fresh and warm food, as was I. (Do not fret, she did not eat it. It was all mine.) She deeply interrogated the boxes as she wagged her silly long tail and purred. I unboxed my meal joyfully and arranged some of the bites in the shape of a silly little :o and :0 face, as pictured. I would like to call this meal art. The papadia and bites themselves were art, but I threw them together to make a masterpiece. Lovely thanks to the chef and the kind care provided by the cashier who put these boxes...
Read moreI rarely write reviews but I had such a horrible experience with the manager Louise at this location that I have to bring attention to this location. My order was delivered incorrectly so I called to speak to the manager to make them aware that I received someone else’s order. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I would need to bring the order back to the store in order for them to remake my order. She never apologized and yelled at me through the phone and told me that I wouldn’t get my order fixed unless I brought the pizzas back (even though I placed my delivery order directly with the store). She called me a liar even though I was able to provide the order and name of the customer that I received. She hung up in my face and told me i wouldn’t get my order unless I brought the incorrect order back to this location. I came back into the store with the pizzas and she was still very defensive and blamed the door dash driver (although my original order was not placed through door dash). She still didn’t apologize and she blamed her temper on the store being “too busy” and said my pizzas were being remade. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with any business. There’s no way this manager has any management experience because she was extremely...
