Kammy was extremely rude, rolling her eyes while handing my payment, being disrespectful while I was simply asking the size of a drink. Cut me and my wife off as we were asking questions about what comes on certain items, (since their menu was not working). She continued to say, ‘ANYTHING ELSE?’ Over and over again, as if we were ordering too much. We ordered 3 meals. If we had all 5 of our children with us, who knows how she would have acted as we would have had to order 7 meals. We continuously apologized for asking the questions, although we had no menu in front of us. Explained to her it had been a minute since we had come there, as we do not live in Memphis. She was even hollering at someone in the back, about drinks. We were polite the entire time to her, and just were baffled. If someone is so rude, or hates their job that much to be so ugly to people who are as kind as we are, she needs to be put in the back, where she has no interaction with the public… I called back and asked to speak to a manager about her behavior, Kammy answered the phone and said she was the manager, I said can I please speak with someone else. The other girl I spoke with was very friendly but seemed hesitant, and stated SHE was in fact the manager on duty, not Kammy. I at least am grateful that she answered my questions politely, no attitude, no huff and puffs. Just answered my questions with grace. I will be calling back to speak with ‘Ralph’ who she stated was the general manager and that he would be in later today. My experience with this business, turned me completely off. I will make the drive to collierville to not deal with...
Read moreWe visited this location on yesterday. The visit and experience was underwhelming. As we approached the counter no one was there. When the young lady came to the counter, there was no greeting or smile on her face. She seemed to rush us to place our order. We took a few minutes to place the order. While standing there a To-go order fell on the floor. The young lady picked it up and placed it back on the counter😲and proceeded with our order. She was not at all bothered that we were looking in amazement that she was going to give that to a guest. The restaurant was fairly clean, the table we chose was full of crumbs so was the booth area. The drink station that has the Lemonade was almost empty. Our food arrived hot; however I substituted the fries for okra which was an extra $2.99. I literally could count the pieces, whereas my husband had fries and the platter was covered. All in all I was disappointed with the hospitality. The parking lot is horrible. There are so many pot holes. When we arrived another guest was trying to avoid them and we had to just stay in one spot to avoid being hit by their car.I guess I was used to good customer service from the...
Read moreMy second visit...this time, I dined in.
Pro: quick ordering and serving!
Con: If you're elderly or have busy kids please use the drive thru IF you decide to visit. The floors feel like someone poured oil on the floor. I kept sliding everytime I walked.
The dining area has a vast amount of seating. However finding a clean table and area was like finding a needle in a haystack. There was trash everywhere especially on the floor. The tables weren't clean.
Ordered the grilled chicken salad...never again. The chicken was so salty, I could only eat about a third of my salad.
Lastly, I wasn't shocked but received confirmation that I wasn't overreacting and can clearly see they didn't care about cleanliness. An employee was getting up from finishing her food. Her cookie broke as she stood. She took her foot and pushed it near the bottom of the booth with the rest of the trash. That was my confirmation! They could care less about how it looked, it was no point of complaining to them. I didn't see anyone who looked over 18-20. The whole crew looked like...
