Colin Vickrey - State Farm Insurance Agent — Local services in Memphis

When I moved from Alabama to Memphis, I was worried that my car insurance is going to go up significantly because Memphis is a city and vehicular theft, vandalism and accidents are significantly higher compared to the small town I moved in from. Just as I expected my insurance company at that time and two other companies (one is an educator’s insurance and another leading Auto insurance company) The first one said we had too many accidents to be qualified, when we just had had 2 minor accidents in the last 5 years. The other one quoted very high premium.

Finally, I called State farm. and I received one of the best and friendly customer service and was told an agent will call me shortly. Jordan Brooks of State Farm called me on the same day. He was very polite, professional, and answered all my questions and explained to me the options I have for my two vehicles. It turned out that I was offered a slightly better insurance plan with almost the same premium I was paying in Alabama.

He also mentioned that their office is very close to my work place, and I can stop by at any time to talk to an agent in person if I have any problem or questions. I thought that it is a great facility to talk to someone in person rather than must deal with any issues over the phone.

State farm gave me follow up calls and offered me gift card If I refer any of my friends and family to sign up with their insurance company. I would recommend everyone to get State Farm insurance for their best quote and exceptional...

This may be long if you like reading great reviews. 1st of all ain't nothing like statefarm too have as a insurance company. Beth, Jordan, and Theo are wonderful people. They've all helped me so much through my time being with them. I've been with them for sometime over a year and wouldn't leave. The amount of feedback, the help they give its all nothing but positivity. I've been called before about my previous insurance giving me a cheaper quote but I love love statefarm and can't and wouldn't leave. They love their people they get to serve as I'm sure the people love them like me. Theo was the 1st one I called and met in person and over the phone who signed me onto statefarm. I'd rate this place 5 star or more any day since I've been with them and was the reason I chose this location over others (the rating and how close they were to me).
