Burger King — Restaurant in Memphis

Drive through person was extremely rude from the moment we pulled up. After struggling through our order dealing with their unhelpful, unprofessional attitude we pulled up to the window to pay. They gave us our food and just shut the window, no receipt, no thank you or anything else. As my wife checked the order they saw we were still there and opened the window as if we shouldn't still he there. I told them that I wasn't sure if we were done with the transaction because the door was shut without any words. They claimed they were taking another order so couldn't speak to us. In my life I have never had food handed to me and the window slammed shut without words at any drive through ever. How have all the other drive through employees managed to take the next order and be cordial to me as they handed me my order?

When I went inside for ketchup, I found this person is also the manager, no point in complaining to the manager about the manager.

Completely horrible experience. I was in store for online order pick up. I waited over 20 minutes. They offered me a drink while I waited but I didn't want one. They offered me a Hershey pie, I have diabetes. They said I could sit while I waited like I didn't know I was allowed. The employee that offered these things acted like I was being unreasonable by not excepting and mentioned it out loud to other employees. They didn't give me a receipt for the order. All of this happened while there were multiple managers in store. All of the employees were adults. One of them was audibly complaining about being hungry and needing a break. While I was waiting, a visiting member of management asked me what I was waiting so long for and the employee interrupted me to explain herself.

Burger King is supposed to be fast food. Nobody wants to wait that long and be treated poorly for sub par food. And it was around 2 pm. They...

I’ve been to this location many times since they have open and I have never had a problem, but tonight I ask my mom to stop by and get me some food because I’ve worked all day and I’m tired. She stop by and ordered what I ask for and only to get home and find out that it’s not what she ordered at all. I drove all the way back to let them know it wasn’t what she ordered per the receipt And they stood there for 3 minutes trying to see if they made it wrong or if it was bagged wrong which at this point it doesn’t matter because it has to be made over again, then I had to wait for it to be made over to be called to the counter and not get any fries with my meal that I paid for, at that point I didn’t even care anymore I just wanted to get out of there.
