Visited this store around lunch time yesterday (a Friday). Had placed a mobile order. When I arrived I walked to the counter to wait for my order. There were at least 6 employees working behind the counter. Not a single employee acknowledge me. I watched the barista (who was very busy, I understand) mix what turned out to be my drink, then set it over in the mobil order area....still no acknowledgment of me standing there. A couple minutes later another employee brought my (hot) sandwich over and placed it next to the drink. I still was not 100% sure this was my order because there were several people waiting. Still no acknowledgment. The employee washing dishes walked over and placed several clean containers next to my order. The 3rd time she came over (no eye contact with me at all or I would have asked her to check the order), she had to MOVE my order out of her way. A few minutes later, when the barista got a break from making drinks, she picked up my drink to check the name. That is when I knew it was in fact my order. I suggested she remake the drink because it had been sitting there for a while and I knew it wasn't hot. She argued that she "just made it". I understand this is a very busy Starbucks and I know she was extremely backed up making drinks. I in no way totally blame her for my aggravation. I will even take some of the blame for not speaking up and asking about my order. Again, there were at least 6 employees back there. There needs to be a better procedure for mobile orders. At least acknowledge the person standing at the counter where mobile orders are picked up. Ask for a name...something. I left without my lukewarm drink and my...
Read moreLove this location and usually love the service. I e been twice today, 5am and 330pm, and both times women have been at the window and either were just rude or inattentive. I'm short so I make sure I pull close to the window and reach outside my car to get my things. BOTH women barely stuck their arms out to give me my order, the one at 5am was just dry and rude and the one at 330pm closed the window and walked away after I told her I wanted to redeem my points instead of using the money on my app. I need the guys back at the window. They are ALWAYS friendly and attentive regardless of the time of day. Also I was the only person in the drive through when I came in the afternoon, I know 5am is early but AT LEAST meet me with my order. I'm straining to get my stuff and they both made no effort at all. I placed an order on a separate day for Frappes and waited 20 minutes, with at least 5 people behind the register, to get my order. They were a treat for my niece and nephew. Drive thru wasn't crowded and there was about 2 people in there who also seemed to be waiting when I got there. Two were talking amongst themselves, one sat in the back on her phone for a few minutes and the others were just milling about. It shouldn't have taken that long with that many people...
Read moreMs. Know-it-All has got some news to share. First, let me remind you...often bad employees give good businesses a bad reputation. Recently, my friend and I ordered 2 medicine balls with specifications, which were not made as specified. We returned to the store and spoke with a worke, who did not have on a name tag and refused to give e his name ( signs of guilt). The manager, Brayden stepped up and stated he would remake the drinks. How about, he used the original tea bags from the previous order where the potency had already been boiled out. This resulted in a very weak drink and it still was not made to specification. When asked for their names. They refused; however, Brayden had his name tag on. We advised that we would be notifying corporate and BRAYDEN stated he was calling the POLICE. Naturally, I told him to do it. This says a lot about the mentality of the person they trusted to lead the crew. A horrible leader and poor reflection of Starbucks. Avoid this location...
