Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Memphis

It’s a shame I can’t give less than one star. I arrived at 9:40 tonight to be yelled at as soon as I came in the door. The lead girl then yelled out “no more milkshakes and no more sundaes, everybody got that? Cool.” So, I patiently waited and while the lead girl was asking what me and my fiancé wanted the other girl was picking up ice cream to put up for the night. I said I wanted the pralines and cream and despite the fact that I said that, she looked at me dead in my eyes and said it’s already put up despite it being on the counter right in front of her. She then turned and walked away and put it up anyway. When i protested, the lead girl said “if it’s put up, it’s not my problem.” it’s 9:45, why would you put up a flavor before asking? Especially while I’m in the middle of ordering. Baskin Robbins you need to do better with your management selection, especially for a paying customer who came in 20 minutes before close for two scoops in a ice cream cone. Your job is...

I ordered a cake with lemon custard ice cream and chocolate cake from the Baskin Robbin at this location during the latter part of September ‘2024 for my sister’s, milestone birthday. The staff called a day later, and stated that they were out of lemon custard ice cream. Since it was so close to her birthday party, my sister substituted chocolate and vanilla ice cream instead of the lemon custard… Since I had Covid, I did not attend the party. Covid is over for me, and my taste buds are working very well… I tasted the ice cream cake last night, and it is TERRIBLE! The cake is SUPER DRY (my piece was frozen for a few days, so, the cake should not have tasted like Dry Chalk - nothing else does). It tasted as if it was OLD…It tasted so bad that it took away from the ice cream. I do not plan on ordering any more ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbin’s… The ice cream tasted ok (the cake did affect the taste of it) and...

We frequently visit this location and seem to be disappointed more and more. The ICE CREAM is GREAT but the customer service of some of the night crew is shocking. We have witnessed employees talking over the counter about other people and not waiting on the next customers in line to the point of the customers asking to be waited on. We were there last week 30 mins before closing and chairs were already on tables and the employee sweeping the floor yells out across the store at 845 "we close in 15 mins" and shook his head in disbelief as people were ordering. He was visibly upset that people were still in the store during business hours trying to order while he was taking the chairs and putting them up. I even went and looked at the door to make sure I didnt miss an early...
