Placed a online at around 8:40 pm got to the drive thru window at 8:45 pm and was told id have to come inside cause the drive thru system was down i went inside and before it was my turn in line they told everyone the drive thru was back up and we could go to the drive thru again i told them i had a mobile order for drive thru and was told to go inside they then said id have to go back to the drive thru and they couldnt fulfil it inside (i worked at wendys for 3 years and i know they could have just gave it to us inside since we were already told to come in) we got back inline and were asked to wait even though there was no other cars in line we wait a few minutes and speak up and they ask us to pull forward. We get to the window and we are then told the order was already passed out or someone had come in to get it. We said we had not gotten our order and it was placed at that wendys they find the order and tell us they have nothing on the order and they cant make it. I ask if i can get a refund cause the option on the app dissapeared and it said it was completed (im assuming thats from the system going down) and they said they wouldnt be able to cause it was on the app. This was a 40 dollar order and they arnt offering to even change the items they dont have. And we are asked to pull to the side and they would come out and help so we do. They dont come out so we go inside and we spend the next 40 or so minutes trying to fix the order while they are talking over us and not listening and not really trying to help us. They are out of everything. No lettuce, chilli, pretzel buns, beer cheese, potatos, frosties, garlic, no cheese for baconator fries. But the manager had a easy time getting his friends food out while we wait for what ever we are getting at this point. Nothing was good nothing was fresh, fries were over done, the chicken was hard, bacon was burnt, the Mozzarella for the new chicken sandwhich was old, The sandwhiches werent even made right after they asked us several times what was on it. We eventually get some sort of food and as we walk out we notice a seagrams alchohol container in the trash can. I guess that explains it. At this point its...
Read moreOn 9/20, at around 7 pm I placed an order for four items through the mobile app. I then drove across the street to pick up my order. I sat in line for about 20 minutes before approaching the speaker, where I was greeted with, "we're closed." It was 7:29. The store closes at 11. I told them that I had already been charged for my order. After several more minutes of silence, I was told to pull around. I was asked what I ordered, and repeated it(because that's the point of mobile ordering, right?) and was met with a blank stare and more silence. I said, "it's a mobile order, and I have already paid." He pulled it up, and said, "we don't have salads." He then went on to say, "we don't have any spicy nuggets," and "we don't have any cheese sauce for chili cheese fries." The only item they DIDN'T claim to not have was the jalapeño popper chicken sandwich, which is the only reason I went there to begin with. I asked how to handle getting a refund for the rest of the items. Another few minutes of waiting and lo and behold a salad was "found," as were nuggets. Another employee asked if I wanted shredded cheese on my fries since there was no sauce and I said that would be fine. He bagged up everything and asked me if I'd like a Frosty for the wait. I said no but thank you and went on my way. At this point, it was 7:49. I reached in the bag to grab a spicy nugget, and pulled out a -regular- nugget that was COLD and HARD. Like cut the roof of your mouth hard. While feeling around, I realized there was NO sandwich, you know the only item they supposedly had from the order?! When I got home I pulled out the chili cheese fries, and they were also inedible - cold and hard. I contacted customer care through the app and was informed the GM would be notified and would contact me regarding a refund. I have received no such response. I am now disputing this order with my bank. This location is notorious for the bad attitudes and terrible service, but this experience takes the cake. Clean it up or...
Read moreI went to this location last evening. Even though the staff sometimes come off as rude when ordering, I still went back there because I wanted a burger and this location was closest to me. Upon arrival, there were approximately 5 to 6 cars ahead of me. I sat in line for 30 minutes waiting to get to the speaker to order. During my wait, I saw a staff member come out of the facility, look at the line, go under his hood to fix whatever problem he was having and then he speeds off the parking lot. Still sitting in line at this point but through the adjacent windows, I can see that the line has now grown longer. My thought is that maybe they’re short staffed due to COVID. I finally get to the speaker and I wait to be greeted. Nothing happened. No how may help you. No we’re closed. No go away we don’t want your business. NOTHING WAS SAID. After about 2 to 3 minutes. I drove away and went to the restaurant next door. While in the line waiting to pay, I see the car that was behind me in the line driving up to each car that was behind her. I hear her honking her horn and yelling they’re closed. I got in line at approximately 7:30 p.m. THE CUSTOMER WAS INFORMING THE REMAINING CUSTOMERS THAT WERE STILL IN LINE THAT THE STORE WAS CLOSED AT APPROXIMATELY 8:15 p.m. There is nothing wrong with closing early or if that’s your regular time to close, inform the people that are waiting in line. There was still an employee inside the store so why not put up a sign on the window. The experience was horrible. In my opinion all of this could have been avoided by placing a visible sign on the window or speaker or the speeding employee saying the...
