Let me start off by saying I very seldom get so frustrated with organizations that I come to google and make a complaint. I have had two occasions that the customer service was disappointing and two encounters with my order not being correct. Pretty much across the board the expectation for Chick- fil-A is that you are going to receive appropriate customer service as well fresh tasty food. About 2 weeks ago I visited this location and when we drove up to place our order the team member says to another team member they want you to take their order in a joking manner - then she said oh I am just playing and proceeded to take our order (this type of behavior isn't by chance appropriate for any customer) - no matter if its a joke or it isn't. Next, we wait to get our food and oops do not determine that the order is correct until we got home. Instead of providing the regular Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich, they handed out a spicy sandwich instead. Who wants to get back in their car and drive back after a long days work? I simply called and left a message for the management team - did not receive a call back.
On last week, visited this location order 3 count chicken strip meal with an extra medium fry. Were my fries in the bag? Absolutely not. I was in a rush and on my lunch break, could not turn around just counted as a loss. The plus to this visit was that the food I did receive was fresh.
Today, went to this location before morning rush. The team member working drive thru was very pleasant. Drive around to the window no good morning, handed me my food. I asked for an extra bag and the team member made a smart remark to another team member couldn't tell exactly what was stated I could capture though that she did not want me to ask for anything additional. I said thank you once she brought the bag to me - hmmmmm she did not say "my pleasure or even you're welcome."
This is my assessment everyone's experience is different, my reasoning for writing this review is to notify management that there staffing definitely needs additional training for certain team members that do not uphold the standards that chick-fil-a has so carefully crafted. There are a lot of young staff members and there is nothing wrong with that, the youth just need to be reminded to to take their employment seriously. Remember every customer experience matters. Read morePlaced my order at 8:57 PM through the app which is always been helpful when I did breakfast. Unfortunately today or should I say tonight was definitely not a good idea. I arrived there was no indication of how to get to the area to pick up my order by via number. Instead I had to wait in line for almost 8 minutes because drive-through gets crowded at night I did wait patiently. Unfortunately once I dig it around to where the numbers were located at and where I could park had to wait an additional 10 minutes before deciding to go to the door. As I’m approaching the door one of the attendants outside tells me that they’re closed on the inside and I wouldn’t be able to go in unless I was door dash or one of the pick up services doing deliveries. I then informed her I placed the order through the app and she acts as if she had no clue that Chick-fil-A had an app you can order, cater and get a delivery through! That’s a big wow but once I got inside I informed him of what the order was and J security guard was nice enough to check for me with the team on staff about my order. They then began to check to find out where the order was only not even half of my order was done. No drinks 1/2 of a meal is still missing but it was OK for somebody to put half an order up of two combos that doesn’t make sense. I didn’t had to wait here again to find out that the cool wrap they no longer had HighC fruit punch maybe longer head ok I wasn’t there some type of indication or some way of trying to place a refund back to the account or at least inform me. Altogether I spent close to 25 to 30 minutes waiting for a food order they’re even going through drive-through waiting would’ve taken 15 minutes. It was really 2 1/2 stars but unfortunately Google doesn’t have that algorithm developed yet. If not for management stepping up as well as J it would not have gotten the score...
Read moreI must make certain to check my order from now on. I was sure that it would be correct but sadly it wasn't. I ordered two scrambled eggs with a slice of American cheese, that was repeated multiple times, and a sausage patty, which was repeated multiple times. I was surprised that decaffeinated coffee is not an option, it should be, I asked twice and the person taking my order via the drive thru said that it isn't. I ordered regular coffee anyway just because I had a taste for coffee. My order was incorrect. After stating my order to the order taker and having to wait at the pickup window, she apologized, it was incorrect. Shredded cheese, which tastes awful, was on the eggs instead of sliced American cheese. Urggh! The person who prepared the ordered should have checked so should the person who bagged the order and the person who gave it to me at the window. I had pulled off and left before taking the order out of the bag and discovered it was incorrect. Too late to return en route to work. The one time that I wanted breakfast it was incorrect. I am not a frequent customer of Chick-fil-A and after this morning I will cook breakfast at home.

This location is slipping badly. It's 6:08 a.m., the lines are wrapped around the building,so order takers should be out here taking orders just as they would if it was high noon(lunch).
