monsta snow too — Restaurant in Menifee

Horrible establishment. Monsta Snow Too prides itself in being consistent, all inclusive and friendly but it is the complete opposite. The drinks are mediocre. The flavors are inconsistent, and either extremely sweet, milked or downright horrid. An overglorified boba shop, and there's so many better options out there. There's Sharetea and Kungfu Tea. You can tell that they are better known for their desserts, which is simple to be consistent in. All it is is waffle with ice cream, ice cream or snow. The ice cream is obviously not made in house. Their snow is made in house but very inconsistent, sometimes underflavored, overflavored, very thick or very thin.

The staff here is half nice, half rude. The management here is the real treat. They are very unprofessional and childish. You can tell that the owner loves to kiss up to people that praise her or benefit her. Otherwise, if anything is wrong, she'll initially apologize but then if you still think something is wrong, she'll act like you're the stupid one.

Not impressed.

They have a wide menu with a variety of drinks as well as other items like waffles, ice cream, and shaved ice. They also have a lot of merchandise available like t-shirts, tote bags, and stickers. We came because of their BOGO sale and their drinks weren't terrible, but did not meet our expectations. The drinks we got barely had a full scoop of topping and didn't taste very fresh.

The interior itself was very nice and fun. They have nice decorations and this unique structure that I think is used for customers to sit on. They have a couple of mobile kiosks to order from so we didn't interact with any workers. There's also a restroom in the back and a couple of tables to sit at. The parking was easy since they're located in a shopping plaza.

Such sweet staff and friendly atmosphere! They try their hardest to get orders out as swiftly and correctly as possible! Remember everyone, the people who are preparing your orders are human too with emotions like us. I don’t believe in leaving a negative review on a place that’s ‘too slow’ or ‘being rude’. Most of the time, it’s the customer! 🤷🏽‍♂️ (As a manager at starbucks, I am an expert 🤣) At the end of the day, they work very hard to make us our delicious boba and ice cream haha! And I am very greatful! I come here more than once a week to treat my addiction and everytime I am pleased with my order! And remember, the kiosk is open when it’s busy or when the staff looks busy!!
