They charged me a total of 3 different times, the first time I did for delivery, once it took over 45 for the food to finish “preparing” I called and asked and they had said that no drivers had been able to pick it up and the food had been sitting for 20 minutes. I asked that if I were to go to pick up the food would I be refunded for the driver tip and delivery fees and she said no, I would need to cancel the order and place a new one. I asked how I could do it and she said she could not cancel it on her end, that I would have to cancel it on the website/app. After trying to do that for 10 minutes i found online that the only way to cancel a online order is by calling the store you ordered it from and ask them to cancel it on their end. So I call back and the same girl picks up and I explain to her that I couldn’t cancel it on my end that it would have to be through her and she said “okay I will cancel it right now” and then hung up. It was seriously rude and disrespectful. So I placed the order again for carry out and after arriving they procede to tell me that the order had complications and they had to charge me again for the order, so for a third time I paid. Getting how the breadsticks were stale and cold and so was the flatbread pizza. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they gave me the food from my previous order over 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. I was delivered pizza and cheese breadsticks that were burned to hell. Take a look at my picture - the 1000 words that come to mind will include charred; disgusting; burnt; scorched, scalded, seared, you get the picture. Upon trying to get a refund, Manager Alexander gave me the following options:
Wait another hour and they can remake and redeliver They can add a credit to my account for a future order.
Let’s face it! Who would order here again?? When requesting an actual refund of my monies, He demanded that I bring the items back in to the store in order to receive a refund.
It’s really interesting that they can charge my card electronically without my presence, and offer to credit my account electronically without my presence, but because I want my money back, I will have to come in.
I have left a message with the District Managers voip number - we’ll see if he even gets back to me. Otherwise, I will be bringing this disgusting mess back for the refund in the morning, and reporting this rude and fraudulent establishment to Pizza Hut Corporate in Plano, TX. Maybe the BBB too!
