Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Mentor

So I came to this Jersey Mike’s at the end of October. I just got off work I normally don’t go to this Jersey Mike’s but I figured I would stop there for my wife and I. I got there around 8:15 at night had cash in my hand walk in and, the one young kid behind the counter said we’re not accepting cash at this time. So I said OK so I can’t get anything and he said unless you have a card no. So I decided to leave and while I was getting into my car, I saw another young gentleman go out and start talking to the man I was talking with when I was inside. And they were laughing and looking at me. I felt like they were talking about me. But I left and I ended up going to the Jersey Mike’s on Heisley that I always go to and I’ve never had any issues. I told them about my experience and they were amazing like always. They got my food. They even comped it, but I wouldn’t let them do that , it’s customer service like that is when you end up getting customers for life. How do you not accept Money but can a card? With the exception of dibella's, Jersey Mike's is the top tier sub place in the area. I would probably say they're tied in quality and taste with Dibellas. Otherwise it's a very nice location, small but completely workable. I don't know what's up with all of the oddly negative comments in the reviews. I know this location is like a doordash and GrubHub Haven so it could be connected to people needing to wait a little longer than expected to get back on their. We have never had to wait for an order cuz we always order ahead, but we have watched people having to wait a reasonable amount of time because only two or so people are running the place at a given time.
