McDonald's — Restaurant in Meriden

this is the worst mcdonalds in the Meriden/Wallingford area(in plaza with BigY and Burlington on S. Broad St). Food ALWAYS cold, buns on burgers always taste and feel old. Majority of the time they dont have what you ask for. Fries very rarely fresh and hot. Avoid this McDonalds because they definetly do not care about serving quality food to their customers. If you are from out of town visiting Meriden/Wallingford area avoid this McDonalds. Meriden East Main St location is 100 times better than this one. I marked it as Take out, but we parked right in the McDonalds parking lot to eat, its not like we drove all the way home and food got cold, food was cold by the time we parked in their lot..

Update I contacted McDonalds corporate office to complain about this place, was told the manager would be contacting me within 2 days.. Have yet to hear anything.. Shows how much they care about their customers...

Update 2 still have not heard from the manager of the location or anyone else and its been a while now. WORST MCDONALDS EVER

ok so I am one of the most patient, and understanding people there are. I know how food service can really drain the life from people. but the experience I had today at this location was the straw breaker. I went through the drive through as I usually do. I ordered two burgers for me and two for my girlfriend. also fries and a drink. when I reached the first window I paid, but had to wait because two cars were still in front of me. when I looked at my receipt I noticed I was only charged for three burgers when I asked for four. when I reached the window I told the employee I was short one. she said we have to charge ypu, and i said thats fine. but when i saw this woman spray my food with a bottle of cleaner before wrapping it up that was it for me. i didnt say a thing cuz I know better then to start trouble in the drive through during lunch time. so who ever from the company reads this please know I will be taking this to the higher ups. also two weeks ago I saw a male employee snorting drugs in the bathroom. I guess I can't be too surprised given the type of people they hire....

I ordered online via the app on 12-20-23 at 7:20 pm a cup of iced coffee. I arrived at the store around 7:50 pm. There was a girl at the cashier section when I asked about getting my order she said go by the other counter. She then promptly closed the counter grabbed herself a tray of food and had her break on one of the tables. I waited for about 10 minutes when I finally said to the other male worker if I can pick up my order. Another female worker said that they had made the coffee a while back and called for me and since I was not there they threw out the coffee. I said I have been ordering here before and I would pick it up later I don’t understand why the coffee would be thrown out since it is already paid for. She was very mad. I said to her should I just order another one, she made my coffee but was not happy about it. What an extremely miserable employees they have here that night.
