Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Meridian

I would be very careful getting coffee here. I’m not usually one to post about things like this but when I stopped by to get some coffee it seemed that all of the employees working were sick. I understand that winter is upon us along with flu season but to have employees working with food/drinks and having direct contact with customers is not sanitary or safe. I have a friend who works here and asked her about it and it does not seem like they care about their employees as they would have to come in even if they had a fever. Clearly there is no consideration for COVID protocols or for the people who choose to come to get their coffee here. This is unacceptable and needs to change...

Was really excited to try BlackRock Coffee for a second time. I tried them for the first time at the grand opening with my girlfriends. We thought it was wonderful and downloaded the app for rewards. When you do that you get a “free med. drink” that’s pretty much unredeemable. I live close to the Fairview location and the 3 times I’ve driven in to get my free drink they’ve had systems down and couldn’t make it. Didn’t even offer to make the rest of my order. You know there’d be more people in line I believe if you were just slightly faster. One car in the drive-through and it takes over five minutes to get them one drink I don’t understand. People are in a hurry to get to work and as a drive-through, you should be able to accommodate them to get them on their way quickly so that they’re happy with a nice fresh cup of coffee. But the last three times I’ve gone it never happens. I wait forever. I’ll just go to Dutch Bros where they can get it to me...
