I just don't get it. If you can't staff your establishment...then CLOSE. I ordered 4 things on the Sonic App. Drive to the Sonic and check in. Within a couple of minutes the gal comes out to deliver our order. She goes back in and we realize she has given us 3 (wrong) breakfast burritos not the 2 we ordered. I call on the intercom. I explain she didn't give us the right order. 5 minutes later she comes back with our order. 2 burritos, but wrong again. I push the red button. However, 2 cars had pulled up and had already started ordering. So, I wait and wait. Finally, she comes on and I tell her that one of the burritos is still wrong and to save time she could just run out the tots that goes in the burrito and we will put them in. She says no she will have the correct one right out. 27 minutes later the 2 cars next to us leave without their food. I go up to the door and say "Excuse me? We still don't have that burrito. Anddddd the 2 cars next to us left without their orders." She apologizes and says that there are only 2 of them there working and they just can't keep up (obviously).Cars are lined up at the drive thru. Cars are parked in stalls waiting to order. She then says "oh, I forget to have him remake it. I'll do that right now". Not wanting to be "that person" I thanked her and went back to my car. 5 minutes later she came out with the burrito. Guess what? You got it... WRONG again. 6 wrong breakfast burritos later and over an hour from initial order to leaving without the correct food. Come on Sonic you can do...

All food - ALL - tastes burned or like it was cooked in burned grease or on a dirty grill top. A couple of months ago I ordered a breakfast toaster sandwich and a coffee. Toast was old - probably cooked much earlier - egg was overcooked, super dry and had griddle burn and a weird, bitter flavor (like maybe the egg touched something else on the grill top - which it probably did because everything they make tastes like it's prepared on dirty equipment), and the bacon was SOAKED in grease. Literally dripping out of the sandwich. Didn't finish it because it tasted so off. The coffee - either burned or they don't clean their machines. Both are probable. Today, they were OUT OF BUNS so no one could order burgers. Ummmm.....I'm pregnant and was craving a bacon cheeseburger, but wtv so I ordered a chicken tender meal. Chicken was definitely cooked in old or burned grease. Exterior crispiness tasted burned and somehow stale. Fries were SOAKED in grease (the grease underneath the fries was so thick I could have used it as dipping sauce - if I were disgusting like that). Read moreI wish rating options would already allow us to select 0 stars. I am not sure if it was a before night or not but after coming here multiple times I decided to finally review this sonic. Employees have no idea what is going on. I spent 20 minutes in a drive thru being the 3rd car. That is unacceptable. Got the wrong order multiple times. Good thing I always check my orders before I drive off the lot. That goes double for this place. A Jr cheeseburger I got was incorrect and again I spent 10 Minutes waiting on another one. Also unacceptable. Another note is when I went to replace this item, I saw a few other customers come up to the window from outside to acknowledge the employees of yet another wrong order. That's wasteful to the establishment and also clarifies the employees lack of care. I have gotten banana / caramel custards multiple times at Sonic. This location told me that it was not able to make that flavor (even though weeks prior this same location had made that flavor). So again, employees have no clue what is going on. I never got my receipt after asking 2-3 times. Not sure if employees don't care or if they were scatterbrain.
