owners girlfriend is extremely disrespectful to customers. i was literally sitting on the toilet in a single women’s stall tonight had waited in like 20mins for the women infront of me to use the bathroom and she opened the door with her personal key (while i was half naked on the toilet) and just barged in, didn’t address herself as the owner either. completely unprofessional and extremely inappropriate. customers were able to see right in the bathroom as i was sitting on the toilet. she started complaining that we were in there for too long (we had been in there for 2minutes tops) and i expressed that she had been complaining about the girls that were just in there previously, and agreed that they did take a long time but we just had gone in there and we weren’t the same girls that had taken forever. i continued to go to the bathroom for around 3 more minutes (there was 2 of us trying to use the restroom) and she pounded on the door a second time unlocked the door with her personal key opened the door screamed at us again for the second time as i just got done washing my hands (we were in there for around 5 minutes total) i’m extremely disappointed being treated so poorly by the owners girlfriend of an establishment i love being a customer of. so disrespectful. extremely disappointed that kind of behavior is acceptable...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place and support the new ownership, however, the drinks are insanely expensive and the beer is warm. There is also three different menus which is confusing and the descriptions of the drinks offer odd choices for information. One shot lists as $9 for tequila and a pickle back - but doesn’t say what kind of tequila - hopefully Patron for that price. Another shot says water and razzmatazz - that doesn’t even have hardly any alcohol content. And why would anyone want that? There were other drinks listed with no prices at all. I think they should get some help with marketing and branding and pricing. Make one menu that is clear, short, simple and easy to look at. And get some proper drinks/shot ideas. Also the logo is really tacky and badly done - definitely made for a dad (like the kind that tell bad dad jokes). The service was lovely even though they make the girls dress in practically no clothing, which means that’s what they are relying on for sales and making up for with the pricing and other confusion. Each person in our group tried to enjoy our meal, beers and shots. My bill was $20 for a small plate of six cheese sticks, 16oz warm Coors lite and a soda. Definitely wish I could say I’d be back. Maybe when bar-rescue comes in and gives...
Read moreAtmosphere: Not the bar we want...but the bar we NEED! The sports bar upstairs and nightclub downstairs makes Off the Clock one of my favorite bars to frequent. I love that they offer dancing and live DJ's on the weekends. It's the perfect place to go if you want a break from downtown bars but still want the fun of dancing and good drinks!
Food: Their wings are a MUST HAVE. Not to mention their house made ranch is amazing, especially with their home made fries. I love that they serve food late at night as well, it makes for perfect drunk food to go when leaving the bar.
Drinks: Such fun drink menus and they are always running drink specials through out the week!
Staff: The new owners have done such an incredible job at renovating Off the Clock into a unique bar experience. One of the main reasons I frequent Off the Clock is Riley! She has such an infectious personality! She is always so upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable about cocktails, beers, etc. She has done a great job of training her staff to share the same energy which I really appreciate.
Thank you Off the Clock for being...
