This Starbucks looks nice and appears to be recently built or renovated. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the setting. I walked in and stood at the counter for a while with no greeting or acknowledgment from any of the five employees working. No one made any effort to welcome or assist.
I ordered a Brown Sugar Iced Shaken Espresso and asked specifically for it to be shaken seven times. The barista told me they automatically shake drinks ten times — which would have been fine, except I had just watched her shake the previous drink only three times.
I continued to watch multiple drinks being made, including mine, and not a single one was shaken properly. Instead, shots were brewed directly over ice and topped with milk — skipping the core part of what makes these drinks consistent and balanced. Mine was no exception. It was mostly milk, with little flavor and no proper texture.
I asked for it to be remade, and while the second attempt was better, it still wasn’t done the right way. Overall, it felt like there was no care, no consistency, and no pride in the work. Disappointing experience — especially for a brand that’s supposed to be reliable no matter...

Our drinks were halfway melted when we finally got to the window. The matcha latte was milk with just solid matcha sitting at the bottom, and the shaken espresso was ruined by having sat for literal half hour. Unfortunately they only allow mobile orders for drive through pickup, and their staff are so inadequate that in store ordering isn’t even really an option that I will not be returning to this location.
Quite possibly the most heinous ordering experience in my life. This store should never have been opened until the employees were properly trained. They were all working very hard to keep up but they were crippled by a lack of training particularly at the register. The employee at the register was confused by a man ordering a regular drip coffee and didn’t know how to redeem stars in the computer… all 7 baristas were yelling back and forth at each other amidst angry customers. Very painful experience, recommend avoiding at all cost until employees are...
Read moreThe employees don’t seem to know what they have or how to make things. I asked for a Java chip Frappuccino and was told it’s not on the menu so we don’t have it. It is on the menu..
I asked for Hibiscus tea and lemonade, was told they don’t carry hibiscus and was not offered passionately tea which has…. Hibiscus… tada.
A medicine ball is not listed on the menu .. it’s a secret menu item I guess. This is the only Starbucks to tell me they don’t have it or know how to make it. I tried explaining and they cut me off to tell me they don’t have it.
Honey Citrus Mint Tea". It's a hot tea made with steamed lemonade, hot water, and honey, with a blend of Jade Citrus Mint tea and Peach Tranquility tea. While it's known as a "medicine ball" on social media, the official Starbucks name is "Honey Citrus Mint Tea".
This particular Starbucks needs to be retrained in not only customer service but what Starbucks actually has to offer.
The hot food is good. It gets shipped to them frozen and they heat it up so...
