The night "manager" at this store shouldn't even have a job, even with as desperate as people are to find employees. Complete lack of empathy. Decided to treat my family to $60 worth of Wendys tonight. Placed the order on the app to avoid as many hiccups as possible. Still ended up with missing food, drive thru line was extremely long. To be courteous I pulled to the front of the store to check my order, again realized items were missing. Dining room is closed, drive thru is 6 cars deep so I figured I would call to let them know of my missing items. I was met on the phone by this "manager" at which point he let me know I could wait in the back of the drive thru line and wait to pull forward all over again to get my missing items. I was attempting to talk through this resolution at which point I was hung up on. Of course these items are pretty important in helping me successfully feed my family. So with no other choice because no other choices were offered, I waited in the line again. Once pulled up to the window i again asked to speak with the manager. The manager proceeded to tell me that he did not care and had no empathy for the fact that I now have $60 worth of cold food to take home after waiting in the drive thru all over again. He was clearly not confident in his actions because he refused to share his name, I was able to get a picture. It doesn't take a genius to fill Wendy's orders or to know how to acknowledge when you mess up. This guy didn't know how to do either one, make better choices Wendy's. We are not looking for geniuses to make our orders just someone that knows how to count, read, and acknowledge the difference between right and wrong. Read moreI was so amazed at my experience at this Wendy's location. Being in a 24 ft Motorhome I didn't want to go through the drive up as it was too small and the radius of the turns were not wide enough, so I decided to park it and go inside. When I tried, it was lo led being after 8:00 pm. Being disappointed I thought I would go online and place an order. While trying to download the app, this wonderfull lady comes up to my window and asked me if I wanted to order something. I said yes, and that I was trying to download the app, yadda yadda yadda, and was waiting for it to download. She said " No worries, come with me and we will order it together through the drive through. I said really? She said yes, come with me. While standing there in amazement, I learned that her name was was Chris Miller and she was the manager. I could tell because while standing there she was talking to one of the employees inside on the headset saying its fine, you can do this! She was so positive and helpful I was shocked. I have never been treated like this in all my years coming to fast food places. It was amazing. She said you just have to teach them to look out of the box sometimes to accomplish things that aren't written in the rule books. Read moreI went to Wendy's this evening with my spouse and ordered two Dave's double meals. My husband was very clear and enunciated when ordering our meal, however the team member who took our order repeated back the wrong toppings (he stated we ordered lettuce instead of tomato). My husband slowly and clearly asked for the right topping again. The team member immediately got an attitude and repeated the wrong toppings back. My husband asked if the team member could change the lettuce to tomato on the sandwich. The team member became more unfriendly and in a very hostile and sarcastic tone said "That's what I said." Although my husband and I clearly heard otherwise at least three times. When we got to the window the team member was unfriendly and aggressive with handing our order to us. Then the team member asked us if we would like straws, my husband said yes please. Then the team member said "Yes what?" In again and aggressive and unfriendly rude tone. My husband made note of the team member's name tag, and because he has a very recognizable voice we know he was also the one to take our order.
