Great wings, odd vibes, and a $30 lesson in reading receipts. Came in for lunch—only a few folks trickled in while I was there—but the staff still had the energy of a packed airport gate. The guy at the counter wasn’t rude, just gave off strong “I wish you already knew what you wanted” energy. No “hi,” no “thanks,” just a stare that could time your order for you. I ordered 12 wings and a medium fry, then changed my mind and asked for the combo. Somehow ended up paying for both the combo and the extra fries. Throw in $1.50 for mixing wing flavors, and I walked out $30 lighter before tip. Tossed in $3 to be nice. $33 total—nearly as hot as the “toxic” wings I ordered. Speaking of wings, they’re đŸ”„. I had lemon pepper and toxic (their hottest flavor), and both were legit. If you’re coming here just for the food, you’re doing it right. Layout is a bit of a scavenger hunt. Drink fountain is tucked in the back hallway like it’s in timeout, straws are back at the front, and napkins are mounted on random walls like Easter eggs. But hey, the place is super clean—including the men’s bathroom—and it’s got TVs showing sports, so the vibe is solid if you’re not in a rush. Bottom line: Come for the wings, not the warm fuzzies. Know your order, check your receipt, and maybe stretch first—you’ll be walking around just to find a straw.

Burnt Food and Utter Disrespect I had an absolutely terrible experience at ATL Wings. After waiting 30 minutes for my food, I got home to find my fries completely burnt. I called to politely explain the situation and asked for fresh fries to be made. Instead of resolving the issue, Natasha rudely told me I had to bring back the burnt fries. I explained I had already thrown them in the trash, and she actually told me I needed to dig them out of the garbage if I wanted replacements. Feeling frustrated but wanting to resolve the issue, I went through the humiliating process of retrieving the burnt fries from the trash and brought them back to the store. When I arrived, the employee was extremely disrespectful. She refused to take responsibility, blamed the burnt food on my pregnancy by saying I was “hormonal,” and even accused me of lying about the fries being burnt. Spending over $42 on food that was burnt is bad enough, but being met with such unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect is unacceptable. The cook and front-end staff should have caught this mistake before the food left the kitchen. I won’t be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

ATL is the best wing spot this side of the Mississippi. The luckys red hot is sublime. The ATL style fries are quite good with cheese. The service is always friendly and accurate. Tuesday you get a smoking deal at .75 cents a pop. Few reasons why I wouldn’t drive out of my way. If you call in your order you have to pay in advance. Then they verify card and id at pickup. Any number of logistical, safety and convenience issues arise. It’s not like they are cooking a lobster. No other restaurant I have been to does this because it’s stupid and not compliant with any consumer credit card safety policy. My other issue is the .82 cents for an extra blue cheese or ranch. For 12 wings you get one small side of ranch or bc. To me it’s insulting to the customer to so blatantly suck out every penny possible. 12 wings one side of dressing?? The wings are excellent. You’re throwing your $ away going somewhere else for wings. ATL has KOOL-AID too.

If you want chicken wings go to Bbq chicken, which is the best of the best quality Korean fried chicken in Chandler, 1900 W Chandler Blvd UNIT 21, Chandler, AZ 85224. They have chicken wings, boneless and bone in. Bb.q chicken Chandler is totally worth it!! I’m never going to ATL again. Don’t waste your money at ATL. They’ve gone downhill.

ATL wings used to be good, but customer service and quality has gone downhill.

Multiple times, on a weekly and monthly basis, I ordered 24 wings and they gave us 18 or 19, not 24. Do they not know how to count?! I also order extra ATL spicy oil/sauce and they charge me for it, but never give it to me or put more on the chicken wings . It also doesn’t matter whether you order ranch or blue cheese dressing because you’ll just get whatever they grabbed whether it be what you ordered or not.

The front people are dishonest and are not friendly. After Nina had left ATL Stapley, customer service is disappointing. ATL no longer takes phone orders. When you go in to the place, the person standing at the register tells you to enter your order in to their kiosk that doesn’t always work. And instead of simply taking the order when the kiosk doesn’t work, they just keep encouraging you to use the kiosk, which gets annoying.

I gave them opportunities to do better, but I don’t like getting cheated. I would not waste time or money on this place anymore. Not worth the headache when all you want is an easy dinner and when you want exactly what you paid for, not less.

Whoever took over ATL Wings Stapley & US60 should NOT be in the restaurant business. They suck at...

I wanted to share my experience, we decided to get some wings as a family for Mothers day. We were the very first customers who walked in Sunday morning. Not a single worker greeted us. There were 2 African American females trying to figure out something in the computer, neither of them bothered to look up and greet us, so we sat down. Until we decided we were ready to order, i happened to download the app to see if they had any promotions due to Mothers Day, there was. When i went up to order one of the ladies stated we couldn't use the promotion as they couldn't figure out how they would be redeeming the offer. Mind you if a company has a promotion going on the manager should be well aware of the redemption process before the place opens. I expressed how ridiculous it was to have us wait until they figured it out (at this point we had been waiting 30 min, and now having to wait another 20-30min for them to get a call from their bosses) As i was talking to both ladies, one of them walked away, she has the worst stank face and the other said “Mam im not dumb” no where in my sentence did i ever state she was dumb, she began to put words in my mouth. Giving attitude, rolling eyes etc. Worst customer service. And to add their was a dead roach in both the women's and mens restroom. Never will i come here again, im sure they have roaches in the back as well. We will stick to our very well mannered Queen...

This was my first time dining in at this location with my little one. I haven’t ordered at ATL wings in a while because the last two locations didn’t fry the wings enough and they were under-seasoned. This location knows how to cook and season wings! My favorite wings are the ATL đŸŒ¶ïž spicy and it was cooked to perfection. It was brought to our table , hot, fresh, and extra crispy on the outside. The meat was moist and tender after you heard that crunch , it had the right amount of dry rub. It was so good, I was sucking and biting on the bone 🩮 lol . Forget about being proper , if you love traditional wings then you all know that you have to eat everything off the bone and not mind getting your fingers a little dirty. My little one had ATL and he was enjoying the crunchy goodness, it’s that special ATL rub! It is so good! I’ve never used the touchscreen to order at other locations but we were greeted by a charming gentleman, he was so hospitable and helpful. I didn’t even know he was the owner until we were close to leaving , he was focused on helping us make sure we got our order done correctly. He made sure everyone was taken care of and checked on how everyone’s meals turned out. Great customer service, the employees were so friendly. They kept the tables and dining area clean and wiped down. It’s always a good feeling to enter a place of establishment and feel welcomed ! Good people! We...
