I give this bahama bucks 1 star if the muscular boy and the tall boy with puffy hair are working. 5 stars if it’s any of the girls. We just left there at 6pm on Wednesday and soon as we walked in I knew we should have just left. The last five times my kids and I have gone it’s the two same boys. They mess our orders up every time. It has ranged from our drinks being naked ice just under the surface to almost always not having the ice cream in the bottom. We don’t know the ice cream is not there till we get home. Luckily most the time they don’t put flavor in the cup we can catch it be fore we leave. I’m paying $25+ for basically big snow cones and these two boys are not capable of getting it right. I thought the first couple times maybe it was a fluke but they are terrible. There always seems to be some thing wrong if they are working together. This time it was vanilla flavor in my son’s drink instead of Ice cream, which I paid for. My entire cup was ice cream with maybe two inches of shaved ice on top and almost no cream on either of them. We ordered three and they only gave us two we had to go up and ask if they made the third one, before they disappeared into the back room. I recently visited Bahama Bucks and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The team was incredibly friendly (especially Will Bella and Marlee who were working at this time), taking the time to explain their wide variety of flavors and even offering suggestions based on my preferences.

I like how the store is set up and the colors. It had a fun tropical feel with colorful blue tables, surfboard, and beach-themed pictures. It made it feel fun to sit inside.

There was a bit of a line, very popular place but it was worth it. I got the rainbow ice. I would recommend getting the cream with it, just makes it taste better...and the cream is not overbearing and blends it perfectly with the ice. Oh, by the way, with the rainbow ice, each color actually had it's own fruity taste --- that really goes to show just how much detail they put in their shaved ice.

I think it was the regular size I got and it was huuuge. I may do the small next time but wow , I sure got my iced dessert fix there. Keep in mind, seating can be kind of limited when they are busy but regardless, great place. They have so many flavors to try.
