Pizza chain located in the far East Valley. Employees are always friendly, and if you go there or call in often enough they know you by name and what you want before you can ask for it. Cash, credit card and perhaps e-wallet payments accepted. Pizzas, wings, sodas, beer, TVs to watch the game, ice cold AC. Booths & tables for seating. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Barro's is a local pizza chain that has grown over the past few decades to cover most of the Valley. Their pizzas are fantastic - thicker, chewy crust with a delicious, savory tomato sauce and a variety of fresh toppings to choose from. Personally I like the Barro's special that has a little bit of just about everything on it - a well balanced option that includes plenty of veggies as well as meat.

They offer lunch specials that are inexpensive and give options of 1, 2 or 3 slices of pizza combined with a drink or salad or both. Great option for a quick lunch. The pizza options are limited to what they have made but they're willing to consider requests if you're willing to wait for the pie to bake. Otherwise, check to see which pizzas are freshest unless you're fine with a slightly stale piece of pizza.

Let me begin by admitting that I happen to be married to the pickiest, most hard to please, complainer in the world, and when it comes to his pizza, no one EVER gets it right, the first time at least. So luckily I arrived to pick-up our pizza, & Jenna reluctantly opened the box explaining how there was a little issue with the pizza, but expressed how they would gladly make me a new one, when Zack came out of the kitchen confirming how exactly I wanted it done. I sat down without an issue & enjoyed smalltalk with Jenna regarding her successful recent education & career ambitions, I'm always happy to hear those stories! Before I knew it, Zack was bringing out the most beautifully cooked pizza I've ever seen, & on top of it all, he even threw in the first one too! These two young people are SUCH a valuable asset to Barro's Pizza, they demonstrated the utmost elite customer service, as well as building major brand value, all while correcting a mistake that they made, that could have ended in a real disaster for me. I realize how very super dramatic this all sounds, but it is, especially since my husband is a die hard narcissist, regardless, thank you SO much...

Food was great, as always. Always ready on time and tastes great. Got the Barros special with extra Mushrooms and there were SO MANY mushrooms, it was phenomenal. Had to dock an overall star because of the service with placing the order and picking it up. Placing the order the employee, Alyssa maybe, was very short and not friendly. I don't know if she was busy, but it was just not pleasant being on the phone with her. Then coming to pick up the pizza it was dead inside. 3 people all had their food, and I walk in to pick up. I ask the employee how she is doing, and she replies with, "What's the phone number" without looking up. I tell her and she confirms the order and brings it to me. ALL this time has not made eye contact or talked to me other than her one line. I get my pizza and say thank you and she just walks away and continues to do whatever she is doing. Just disappointing that she couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me as a person when there was nobody...
